Day 3 (See you guys tomorrow 12:00pm cst)
Late check in. I had a great day. I got to work with the mgccc softball team today. We did some martial arts training then talked about mental perfromance, finished with meditation. They loved it. I'm not used to speaking to a group of girls so it was growth for me. A learning experience. These young ladies were very focused and they reminded me of my daughter is getting close to that age now. I felt the need to protect them and give them tools that would help them be more stable and strong. We connected well and I prayed at the end. What an amazing day. I feel like they really got some good stuff out of it. I'm definately going to be honing this skill of working with non mma athletes. My diet was good. I've been disciplined on everything. I didn't get into bed as early as i'd liked to last night and suffered a little in the evening. So I'll be getting some good sleep and I should be fresh on our call tomorrow. We will talk about the challenge and get dialed in on how to customize it for you. I'd like you guys to show up and anyone willing to give feedback and testamony on how there first 3 days have gone would be greatly appreciated. There are men in this group that would benefit from your story no matter how small you think it is. Every single one of you matter. See you tomorrow. Link is in the calendar.

Had a good day. Ate clean did a really hard leg workout. Lunges, hamstring curls, v squat, leg press, hinges, front squat, leg extensions.
You can’t change what you haven’t started.
Starting day 1. Bad start so far, no sleep, immediately got on my phone and started scrolling in bed for 30 minutes. But I acknowledge that. Acknowledging the things I know I shouldn’t do and trying to turn them around is what creates success and I’m working towards that. You can’t hide… you can only acknowledge and make efforts to be better.

Acknowledge it and move on. I had close to the same start as well. Got caught up in college game day. Lmao
Day 1
I woke up this morning and really needed to change my state and get connected. So I took probably 1 hour hot shower doing breath work and finished with an intense prayer. I prayed for strength for our entire group. I’m feeling the power. Lindsey made some low carb high protein breakfast food that makes it a little more gentle going into this hard 30 day fast from pleasure. Don’t forget to check in daily here in the group. Delete social media apps and free yourself. I’m here to support. I've been on a journey and I’m excited about sharing it with you and watching all of us grow together. This is a place where we can sharpen our skills and be held accountable. You’re driven like me or else you wouldn’t be here, and whether you have been in a fight with another man or not, you intuitively understand the importance of it. A year from now, you will be a different man. We’re on the same path, some of us at different stages and w slight different details but it’s amazingly similar. Once you see the way, you see it in everything. Let’s continue down this path and figure out the way together. Welcome to the warriors order. NEXT STEPS: 1.
