TOO BROAD TO MATTER
"I help entrepreneurs." That sounds good. It really does. But nobody wakes up and thinks, "I hope I find someone who helps entrepreneurs today." People pay when they feel deeply understood. When your message sounds like it was written specifically for their situation — their pain, their moment, their goal. Broad messaging feels safe because it includes everyone. But it resonates with no one. Who is the exact person most likely to pay for what you do right now? Not a category. A person.

Especially when "entrepreneur" could almost apply to anyone. You may as well just say "I help people." Or "I help", lol. "I help ______ WITH" or "I help people who ______" It's more about the "what" you help them with. "I help single mothers" is a specific person but doesn't tell you the "what". I help single mothers who work full time and don't get much time with their kids, create meaningful moments together by XYZ"

Your WEBSITE isn´t broken...
Most websites fail before they ever get a real chance to work. And if you think the problem is design, you’re already looking in the wrong place. Not copy. Not tech. Not tools. They fail because of one assumption almost everyone accepts without questioning. Today, nearly everyone has a website. Businesses. Entrepreneur. Coaches. Therapists. It looks good. The colors match. The photos are professional. And still: – no clients – people leave – nothing moves Here’s the reason: Most websites are built to exist, not to move anyone. They’re treated like online business cards, something to have, not something to guide decisions. That assumption quietly kills results. A website is not a place where people browse. A website is where people decide. When someone lands on a page, only three questions matter: 1. Is this for me? 2. Why should I care right now? 3. What am I supposed to do next? If those questions aren’t answered clearly and in the right order, people don’t leave because they’re uninterested. They leave because the page gives them no direction. This is where most creators miss it. They obsess over colors, fonts, and sections, but never design the sequence of thought. And here’s the uncomfortable truth: A website can never be clearer than the person behind it. If you’re not clear on: – who you serve – what problem you solve – and what the first logical step is ▶️ NO REDESIGN WILL FIX IT Websites that work aren’t prettier. They’re structured. And structure never starts in the browser. It starts in the builder’s mind. Final question: If someone lands on your website right now and does nothing, are they confused… or are they following the structure you gave them?

@Gia Vla True, but many are. Which is why I think yours is an interesting angle because so many people are resistant to giving up certain things when they don't even really have to give some of them up. The same way fast food has convinced everyone that a burger and fries is also junk food when it is one of the healthiest meals you can eat. What is junk is the bread, the sauce, the oils, the corn syrup, the soda. Some have even been convinced meat is the problem when a McD's meal is 75% plant based. We definitely need to get away from the "norms" and back to normal!
THE FLOW 💫
My raw story. Short and direct. I did everything “right.” I worked hard every single day. And still… nothing moved. I remember the moment I asked myself one simple question: “If this is the right path… ...why does none of it feel right?” And in that moment, everything became clear: The problem wasn’t my discipline. The problem was my direction. When you’re walking the wrong way, hard work won’t save you, it only exhausts you faster. And when you’re walking the right way, life stops resisting you. That’s flow. Not a feeling. Not motivation. But a natural rise in performance because you’re finally doing something that aligns with you. No vision = no direction. No direction = no flow. And without flow, every day feels heavier than it should. This realization changed everything for me. Not because I started working less. Not because I became more motivated. But because I stopped pushing against myself and finally started moving in a direction that made sense. Every time I share this story, people tell me: "This is exactly how I feel too." And that’s exactly why I decided to create a space on Skool, a community where we’ll dig deep into this problem, look at it honestly, and work through it together. The doors will open soon.
