FRIDAY WINS!!
TAKING ACTION: āœ… Share your weekly win below! I want everyone participating today, got it?! Celebrating yourself is an important piece of the puzzle! 🧩 Also, what are your goals this year?!! Alright, friends—even though we aren’t beginning our New Year challenge for another few days, the holidays are officially over, and now is the time to start preparing your minds—and your kitchens for what’s to come! šŸ’Æ Next week, you’re going to learn more about why the new year is a great time to pursue goals. If you’re feeling excited (and maybe even a little anxious) for next week, there’s a reason for that. Next week, we’re going to learn how to use it to our advantage! šŸ”„ In the meantime, we have wins to celebrate! šŸŽ‰ Remember when I mentioned yesterday that how you speak to yourself matters? On some level, celebrating your weekly wins is one way to practice this strategy. By taking the time to consider what you did well and celebrating it (especially with others), you are doing the work it takes to change the way you think about yourself—and when you change the way you think about yourself, you start acting more like who you desire to be! So, without further ado, it’s time to celebrate, friends! šŸŽ‰

My goal for 2026 is not to let myself slip back into bad habits, but rather to focus on improving my movement. Stress has been rough, but with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to keep fighting, I feel I can stay on the right path.
Friday Wins šŸŽ‰
ā€œWhat you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.ā€ ~Zig Ziglar TAKING ACTION: āœ… Share your weekly win—big or small—below! Let’s celebrate and push ourselves forward! šŸŽ‰ The small wins matter, friends. Celebrating them along the way is arguably the only way to stay motivated. When you celebrate, even the smallest of wins, you quite literally change your brain a little at a time. Why is this important? ā¬‡ļø It’s important because changing your brain is the key to becoming who you want to be. As the quote says above, ā€œWhat you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goalsā€. He’s not saying achieving your goals isn’t important. He’s simply saying that who you’re becoming in the process is the most important. šŸ’Æ The key thing to note here is that you can’t become someone different if you don’t start to think differently. A good way to start thinking differently is by committing to celebrating all of your accomplishments—and that is why we’re going to celebrate our wins today! šŸŽ‰ Let’s hear ā€˜em all! šŸ’„

My Friday win was reminding myself to drink water. My mind said you need water. I can feel with the weather really getting cold, my skin is needing hydration. Stay warm everyone!
Wonderful Wednesday

Truth & Grace after Thanksgiving
TAKING ACTION: āœ… What are your weekend plans? Still celebrating? Need help or encouragement? Share with us below, and let’s chat through it! It’s officially the weekend after Thanksgiving, and the reality is that many of you still have family gatherings to attend. I mean, seriously, holidays are rarely just a one-day event. Can I get an ā€œAmen!ā€? If you’re still celebrating this weekend, remember that worrying about the past can cause feelings of disappointment and even mild depression. Worrying about the future causes anxiety. Simply focus on where your feet are at any given moment, make the best choice you can—and repeat. šŸ’Æ Even if you consumed more calories this past week, rest assured that it’s going to be okay. Even if your pants fit a little tighter next week, understand that you didn’t gain a ton of fat (most likely, the snug-fitting jeans are caused by extra glycogen from extra carbs, which isn’t the same as fat). Trust yourself to jump right back into the game and trust that your body is going to do exactly what it’s supposed to do in the coming days. 🫶 Now, go crush your workout today, and remind yourself that this is just a season of life—and make a promise to give yourself both truth and grace!

Amen. Glad to have both of my sons at home for the holidays. Enjoy your day!
Annual Plan
Alright, friends! We’re halfway through the month, and I think it’s the perfect time for a little mid-month check-in! šŸ’Æ I want to hear how you’re doing with both your nutrition this month and your workouts (including your extra steps this month)! We’re taking advantage of this month in particular to lean out a little before the holiday season arrives. I mention all of this again to drive home this point: šŸ‘‰The time is now. Friends, the further I get into my own journey, the more important I find that having an annual plan is one of the best strategies when it comes to reaching your goals while also having a little freedom along the way. Trust me, if you take advantage of the next several weeks, you can focus on simply maintaining your results (while eating more) throughout the holidays! I don’t know about you, but that seems like a pretty good plan to me. šŸ˜‰ TAKING ACTION: āœ… Have you ever considered how having an annual plan might be beneficial for the big picture and your long-term goals?
