Would anyone want to share recommendations/suggestions on how you have scheduled client reviews? Or how you started a review date, if there had not been a scheduled review date, the clients are not new, there had just not been any sort of schedule implemented previously.

Does anyone send out client surveys? Or know of some great sample/example questions? I'm looking for something more engaging than "How are we doing on a scale of 1-5", equally not something that interpreted be seen as a complaint. :)

I'm finding that most firms that are serious about email marketing are going to tools outside the industry, but that can cause integration issues with their CRM. (see satisfaction scores on screenshot below) Anyone solved this and have a way to keep email lists for prospects, cold prospects, clients, Tier 1 clients, etc and when you change their status in your CRM, it updates which email list they're on?
