We launched a new feature the other day at FastBots that I think could be very useful for many people in this community. Until now, our chatbots could only respond to queries related to the data you uploaded to their knowledge base. Ie. Your website, PDFs, Word Docs etc. Now you can choose from your own uploaded content, ChatGPT and the Internet in any combination! For example, you can: 💬 Build a customer support bot that uses your uploaded manuals and guides first but falls back to ChatGPT if the question is outside your content. ✈️ Create a travel bot that combines your uploaded destination guide with live internet data (like weather or flight info). 🏡 Run a real estate bot that uses your property PDFs, then checks the Internet for current mortgage rates. 🎓 Set up a school/university bot that uses course materials, but lets ChatGPT handle general knowledge questions. 🛍️ Make a product sales bot that prioritises your website and product catalogue but uses ChatGPT for broader comparisons and FAQs.
