Hey is someone able to help me setup a bot for inbound messages through SMS and Instagram? 1. I want to set up a bot to handle missed call text back messages. I have an automation set up where when someone calls the business and doesn’t get an answer a text goes out saying “Sorry we missed your call, how can we help?” And I want the bot to takeover when someone responds to this initial message. 2. I also want to set up a bot to handle DM messages. So I want to use a code word like “BOT” for example, and when someone sends that code word through Instagram DMs I want the bot to activate and handle those DMs from there. Is someone able to help me set these things up? I brought these up on my onboarding call 4 days ago but still haven’t heard back from the “tech guy” Thanks in advance!
