Day 1 of the fitness challenge! Woke up feeling motivated, excited to be doing this with all of you! Leg day for me today- my favorite day! Yesterday on the call there were some questions about macro tracking... I use an app called My Fitness Pal- to keep track of all my meals and it breaks it down ito macros so you can track your protein, carbs and fats. There is a paid version and a free version.
