Curious to see what average Assignment Fees people are getting? I average around $18-$21k per deal. Do you believe there is a ‘too high’ of a fee? Do you prefer large, less frequent payouts or smaller more often?

I have this property I am trying to give the seller a good offer on but my dilemma is that there are absolutely no comps for it. It’s a 5acre land with a house and barn on it. The surrounding properties are all 3arces and have similar homes and barns on them but non that have been sold within the past 5 years. Any suggestions?
