I Developed Unlimited Motivation. Here's How.
This isn't a clickbait title. I've figured out the only way to generate motivation on demand… And what I'm gonna share with you will 10x everything about your business. This isn't just a cute internet theory, either… I've tested this process on myself and my clients to see STUNNING results. Before we dive in, I want to clarify the definition we'll be using here. In this instance, motivation is the willingness and urgency to act. THAT BEING ESTABLISHED. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO. Keep your goals in mind—all day. From the second you wake up to the minute you fall asleep, Be thinking of your end goal. How does this work? Well, Your goals are the compass for your entire life. Every action is based on some desire you have. For example, you eat candy because you are craving something sweet. Craving takes place in the mind… It's a thought. Your willingness to do the work is the same way. If you're keeping your goals in mind all day, Then naturally, you'll act towards them. You'll have the choice between wasting an hour of your time or putting in a bit more energy for your project... And because you're remaining wakeful, You'll choose the project each time. But throughout the day, We surround ourselves with any influence we can find, And YOUR desires become a secondary priority. Kinda ridiculous. So, If you want more motivation, Prioritize what YOU want. Or you can serve everyone else's desires for your life. Let me know if you like that or if you prefer my method, the one that's gonna let you live wherever you want in 3 years:)

Great tip!
From Overwhelmed to Organized 🥵
Let’s be real for a second—if your workflow had a personality, would it be a chaotic mess? Most of us have been there. You’re drowning in tasks, answering the same emails, posting content manually, and wondering, where did all my time go? Here’s the good news: It doesn’t have to be this way. With a few simple automations, you can go from overwhelmed to organized, reclaim your time, and actually focus on what matters—like growing your business or, you know, having a life. Common Time-Wasters You Need to Ditch If your days feel like a hamster wheel, chances are you’re stuck in one of these traps: 1. Repetitive Emails: How many times have you typed out the same welcome email or answered the same question about your product? Yeah, that’s gotta go. 2. Manual Content Posting: Posting to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook manually? It’s like rewinding VHS tapes in 2025—completely unnecessary. 3. Unorganized Task Management: You’re switching between 10 tabs trying to figure out what needs to be done. Spoiler alert: this kills productivity. 4. Follow-Ups You Forget: Leads, collaborations, or even payments slip through the cracks because there’s no system to remind you. If any of this feels painfully familiar, automation is about to become your best friend. Simple Automation Checklist to Get You Started Step 1: Automate Your Inbox • Set up email templates for common responses (welcome messages, FAQs, etc.). • Use tools like Gmail filters or rules to automatically sort and label incoming emails. • Bonus: Automate a “thank you” email after someone signs up or buys from you. Step 2: Automate Your Content • Use scheduling tools like Buffer or Later to batch your social posts. • Connect your blog or YouTube uploads to social platforms so new content gets shared instantly. • Set reminders to repurpose content (e.g., turn a blog post into an email or tweet). Step 3: Automate Your Task List • Use project management tools like Trello or ClickUp to organize tasks. • Automate recurring reminders for things like content planning or monthly reports.

Good insight
How I got to $4K month sustained in the first month and then $100K.
My passive income business did almost $1.5M in revenue in 2023 after doing $1.5M the 2nd year. What matters to me is that I've not worked in this business since 2021, no longer serve its clients, and have no responsibility to work on it, in it, or for it in any capacity today. The goal is to sell in a few years, or use it for passive income. What I gave up for this was 50% of the equity making our VP of Sales who succeeded in the company an equal equity partner. Here's how you will replicate this success if you decide to go forward on your own, do it your way, and shut out all distractions, confusing information, and ideas that don't serve you well. It's not hard to get to $4K month in the second month. I've done it multiple times. What's tough is getting to $30K sustained over a year from $4K month. Then getting to $100K month is tough. Staying at $100K is a tough ceiling. I could not break that which is why I walked away from working on the business up until 2019. I'd already delegated operational responsibility. Then I leaped further. Why? I'm not interested in serving clients directly. It exhausts me after multiple industries, businesses, and job roles where I had to sit and review with people how things were going on the sales pipeline. Consider this simple method to avoid the trap of creating a business that you don't want at the end. 🔍 Leap, Don’t Run into your ideal life experience. 🔍 Create your own private Board of Directors mentor panel. 🔍 Get to the heart of what’s going on with your life and business. The result of doing this work comes when you get clarity. Start with clarity and watch the doors that were closed swing wide open as you learn more about how to succeed on your terms. Best of luck finding your own lane on the way to creating your version of the Prime Mover experience. It took a lot of years, arrows in the back, and pain for me to create my ideal life experience. You will do the same when you use the simple methods above on your own terms.

The Brain Science Behind Impulse Control 🧠
Did you know that every time you resist temptation, you're actually “Rewiring Your Brain”? 🤯 There is actually an internal battle between the “Prefrontal Cortex” and the “Limbic System” that happens whenever we face an Impulse. Thank you for this
Start 2025 with Vision 🤩
Thinking through the Big Vision for my business in 2025 as I review my P&L's from the last year with my CPA and look into the next year! On a walk today, I was reflecting how we walk through shade and sun. It's good to be in the sun -- actually glorious, right? And then cold and dark in the shade or in the shadows but when you know where you are going it makes it easier to pass through the darker moments and move into places of warmth and sun! Sending us all encouragement to set the course of contribution for 2025! We've got this!!
