Your cycle is a portal — and it begins with knowing where you are ◯ ☽ ◑ ● ◐ ❨ ◯
Your cycle is a portal — and it begins with knowing where you are. Are you a full moon bleeder? A new moon bleeder? Or not bleeding at all right now? Wherever you are — your cycle, or its absence, is not a problem to fix. It is a message. And the first step is simply to begin listening. I want to introduce you to Carra. When she came to me, her period had stopped arriving. Her nervous system was deeply hypervigilant — what we recognise in Ayurveda as a profound Vata imbalance. The body, unable to feel safe enough to release, simply held. The first thing we did was use the moon as her guide. She began tracking her cycle by the lunar calendar — slowing down around the new moon, lightening her schedule, creating two full days of nourishment and self-tending in preparation for what her body was trying to remember how to do. On the second month, her bleed returned. In two months together, she didn't just get her period back — she changed her entire relationship to her body, her time, and the way she moves through the world. Diet was a huge part of this. When we learn to truly nourish ourselves, the body begins to trust again. Sometimes a bleed comes back slowly. Step by step, one regulation at a time intergration of the mind and body. The body is not broken — it is finding its way back to itself. Your cycle tracker is now available to download inside the Sacred Vitality Collective portal. Start there. Begin tracking. Let the moon be your compass. And if you feel the call to go deeper — Vital Woman Rising is waiting for you to rememeber nourishment and embodiment.

When self-care is interrupted
Dear SISTERS 🕊️ As many of you know I am in the UEA, have been stuck here for the past 4 days not able to travel home to our loved ones. We all know life has its twists and turns, but how you come back to self care matters. Here are some simple practical steps to regroup and rise. I wish peace in this region comes soon and I wish peace to each and everyone. If you feel called please leave a comment under the video 🪷🙏🏽

The Moon, The Mother, The Mind — An Eclipse Transmission
My beloved Sisters, I’m writing this from Dubai, with softer light around me tonight. It’s been… intense. Truly eclipse-like. We came thinking we could move in and out quietly before things escalated. We trusted timing. But this initiation into the Middle East had other ideas. Airspace has been closed for two days and slowly returned by 20% today. Whilst the conflict moved closer the nights have been light — not the luminous devotional kind — but the kind where your body never fully drops into rest. There have been explosions in the distance, two, three times in the night. Early morning tremors that subtle hum of vigilance in the nervous system. We’ve now moved to a quieter location yet again today. Inshallah it feels more peaceful here. I’m praying for deeper sleep tonight — that kind of sleep where the body finally exhales and remembers it’s held. And in the middle of all of this… a Full Moon Eclipse. You can’t make this up. As you know, in Jyotish the Moon represents Soma — the mind, the mother, the collective, the tides. When the Moon is eclipsed, clarity can dim. Emotions rise like unpredictable waters. Old mother wounds stir. The collective field feels heavier. The subtle body can feel porous as our light is diminished. And when you’re physically near unrest, you feel it in your tissues. The eclipse isn’t just astronomical. It’s psychological. It’s ancestral. It’s karmic. Full moons already amplify the mind. Add an eclipse, and it’s as if the psyche is asked to look at what it usually avoids. Leo themes — identity, power, self-expression, the ego-self — are illuminated. And with Ketu’s dissolving influence, there can be a stripping back. Who are you when control drops? Who are you when safety feels thin? I’ve been watching my own nervous system carefully. This is where the teachings become real. Daily I have been consciously slow breathing and meditating. Eating warm lightly spiced cooked food. Warm baths and some oil on the soles of the feet. Minimal media. Early evenings = Protection of ojas.

For the winter-stiff hips + Vata-drenched bodies…
Hey my love If you’re feeling tight, scattered, or like your joints are creaking in the cold — this one’s for you. We just dropped a gentle 10-minute hip-opening practice inside the YT channel — and it’s such a nourishing way to return to your body. Just breath, space, and remembering. Especially if you’re Vata-prone (or just living in cold weather), your hips are likely holding a lot. This practice is a must for grounding, softening, and warming the inner body. 🌀 Click to watch and I’ll meet you on the mat 😍 see you there. Let me know how it feels for you in the comments —and if your body starts craving it twice a week as mine did. 😉 With warmth + rhythm, Amrita

Ooh… thank you for this @Amrita Ma Devi 🙏 I’m more Vata so this is ideal…. No wonder I feel the cold a lot more and currently have lower back issues 🤔
🌹 Love Note for the Month: Being Seen & Being Authentic
Beloved sister, As we enter this new season together, I want to gently offer the theme that will guide us through the next two months: Being Seen. And Being Authentic. In a way that feels safe in your body — rooted, soft, and true. Have any of you started your Abyangha practise? The self-massage with either sesame, almond, or castor oil. If you are not already, when you try abhyanga (self-oil massage) this month, I invite you to do it in front of a mirror. Gently rub the oil into your skin. Look at the body as don´t rush past this part, say softly to yourself: “I see you. You are safe. You are already enough.” Let this be a sacred return. Not just a routine — but a ritual to come home to yourself. A remembering. Because being seen starts with how we see ourselves. You don’t have to share before you’re ready. Just stay curious. Stay tender. And let this be a space where you’re met — one layer at a time. I’m so glad you’re here. See you in Sundays LIVE all about rhythm. 🕊️With love, Amrita

I would love to do this practice, however it’s super cold in the house to be naked for that long without heating 😆 Do you have heating at your place?
