🌹 Love Note for the Month: Being Seen & Being Authentic
Beloved sister, As we enter this new season together, I want to gently offer the theme that will guide us through the next two months: Being Seen. And Being Authentic. In a way that feels safe in your body — rooted, soft, and true. Have any of you started your Abyangha practise? The self-massage with either sesame, almond, or castor oil. If you are not already, when you try abhyanga (self-oil massage) this month, I invite you to do it in front of a mirror. Gently rub the oil into your skin. Look at the body as don´t rush past this part, say softly to yourself: “I see you. You are safe. You are already enough.” Let this be a sacred return. Not just a routine — but a ritual to come home to yourself. A remembering. Because being seen starts with how we see ourselves. You don’t have to share before you’re ready. Just stay curious. Stay tender. And let this be a space where you’re met — one layer at a time. I’m so glad you’re here. See you in Sundays LIVE all about rhythm. 🕊️With love, Amrita

Sugar Cravings? Read this blog
Beloved Sister, I’ve just shared my latest blog with you — a gentle, grounded exploration of Ayurvedic sugar alternatives and how to sweeten life without hijacking your nervous system or digestion. This isn’t about cutting sweetness. It’s about choosing sweetness that nourishes — body, mind, and mood. ✨ Take a read when you have a quiet moment ✨ Let it land, not rush through it ✨ Then come back and tell me… What have you already tried? Honey? Dates? Jaggery? Coconut? And what are you excited to experiment with next? I love hearing how these small shifts ripple into your kitchen, your energy, your cravings, your sense of care. Your lived experience is part of the medicine here. Drop your reflections below — let’s learn from one another. Cooling Pitta in 3 Steps
Hi loves — we're mid-summer and you may be feeling the heat and passion of Pitta dosha, the focused flame. Here’s a little sacred pause just for you. I know how easy it is to stay in go-mode…But your next level begins the moment you say yes to you. Step 1: The Cooling Breath Close your eyes. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 8. Do this for 2–3 minutes. Let your breath be your balm. Imagine it cooling the heat in your belly, chest, and head. Whisper to yourself:“I soften into my feminine power. I choose peace over pressure.” Step 2: Rose Water Anointment Spritz rose water or dab a drop of sandalwood/rose oil on your heart. This is your sacred yes — to slowing down, to being held, to receiving. Step 3: One Powerful Question Ask yourself: “What would it look like to lead my life from nourishment instead of urgency today?”Jot the answer in your journal — or speak it aloud to the mirror like a priestess reclaiming her throne. What other ways are you making sure you bloom today 🌹

Cooling Pitta in 3 Steps
Let´s check in - Hydration
Summer’s brilliance is beautiful — but it can leave us parched, inside and out. In Ayurveda, this is the season where soma, the cooling lunar nectar, is slowly burned away by heat, overexertion, and overstimulation. The body dries. The mind scatters. The heart can feel untethered. But there’s another way. This week, I invite you to replenish your soma — that sacred, juicy essence that nourishes your cells and your soul. It’s the soft, feminine counterpart to fiery action. It’s what allows your inner world to stay lush. Try:🌿 Fresh aloe vera juice in the morning🥥 Coconut water with a pinch of rock salt after time in the sun🍵 Cooling teas like coriander, fennel, rose, or mint Personally, I begin my day with 2–3 cups of warm water to gently awaken my digestive fire. Then I sip on herbal teas throughout the day — tuning into how I feel and what I need. Kapha types might need less water overall, while Vata and Pitta types crave more hydration and ojas-building fluids. ☀️ Your turn, beautiful — how are you replenishing your soma this summer? Let this be your reminder that if your energy levels are off it could be you need more hydration, don’t burn to shine. With cool sips and gentle vitality, Amrita Ma Devi 🌺
