🚀New Video: 100 Hours Testing Claude Code vs ChatGPT Codex (honest results)
I spent 100 hours testing Claude Code vs ChatGPT Codex and what I found genuinely surprised me. Same prompts, same builds, both tools side by side, and one of them hit way harder than I expected. If you're picking between coding agents right now, then this video is the breakdown you actually need before you commit.

@Nate Herk I just opened the community to ask what you think in terms of Claude code vs codex, and like always you smashed it, I don't need to ask anymore, i'm just thinking about a question and you answer them
🚀New Video: The Playbook for a $100M AI Agency
I sat down with Devin Kearns, co-founder & CEO of Custom AI Studio, to break down what it actually takes to build an AI agency with real enterprise value, not just another lifestyle business. We get into why most AI work being sold today won't survive 2027, why the mid-market is the prime opportunity (not SMBs or enterprises), the 11 ways AI experts are actually making money right now, how to position with frameworks instead of being just another vendor, and the five things Devin wishes he knew sooner. If you're building, running, or thinking about starting an AI agency, this is the strategic conversation I wish I'd had two years ago.

N8N vs Claude Code dilemma
I’ve got a bit of a dilemma. I run a lead generation agency and have automated about 90% of my workflow using n8n. Everything is working well, but onboarding a new client still requires manually adding them across all the tools and workflows. I’m now considering switching to Claude Code, and I have two main questions: 1. Do you think it’s worth moving over, given that my current automations are already working well? 2. If I do switch, can Claude Code handle onboarding new clients across all my existing tools and workflows? 3. Would you completely stop using n8n from now on and go 100% Claude code? 4. Also, what do you use for visibility/visuals? One thing I like about n8n is being able to clearly see everything—how do you manage that in Claude Code? Appreciate any insights!

@Mo Leokile makes sense.
most cold email campaigns die on the list, not the copy.
here's the filter we use that most people skip - before targeting by niche or company size we layer in hiring signals. if a company is actively posting for sales, business development or marketing roles they're in growth mode. they have budget and they're thinking about pipeline right now. that one signal alone pushes reply rates from 1-2% to 4%+ consistently. pair it with a tight niche and a short email and you're in a completely different game than everyone batch blasting scraped lists. drop a comment if you want the full list building process or shoot me a msg on tg @deokotev

@Abu Sufi Interesting observation! What would you say is a normal healthy reply rate with cold email?

The Goal of Automation Is Not Less Work — It’s Better Work
A lot of people think automation is about working less. I’m starting to think it’s actually about working on better things. Automation should handle: – Repetitive tasks – Data entry – Follow-ups – Reminders – Lead routing So that humans can focus on: – Strategy – Sales – Client relationships – Improving systems – Growth Good systems don’t remove people from the business. They remove people from repetitive work. That’s a big difference. When automation is done right, the business doesn’t just become faster — it becomes more organized and more scalable. Question: If automation handled your repetitive tasks, what would you focus on instead?

@Mohammed Imran focused work equals good work. I'd like to think that way everything I would give an aissitant to do I want AI and automations to do, everything I want to do myself, I still do myself.
