28 Day $25k + $5.5k Retainer w/ Equity
Wow! What a ride. I started this AI Automation journey 28 days ago. I submitted a proposal for this client 2 weeks ago and just closed yesterday! After consuming the free 4-hour masterclass on cold email. I submitted a proposal on how to build out the best cold email machine to a client on Upwork! The client loved it and wanted to book a meeting with me. In the next two weeks, I had to spin up a proposal and retainer program and pitched him a whole bunch of ideas. He loved it all, so we added it to the proposal, getting it to $25k, but he didn’t want me to just build and leave but to have a retainer program. We couldn’t agree on the price. I mentioned equity, and he perked up and agreed! Products/Services provided: - AI Cold Email Machine - AI Voice Outbound Caller - AI Sales Snapshot - Auto Presentation Creator I can add more context if people are interested in the details of these, but one big thing I must say: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN OVERNIGHT SUCCESS. I have worked professionally in tech for over 10 years at big companies like American Express, Insight Global, and Arizona State University. What I did was leverage my experience to position myself as more than a delivering tools but hiring an expert in the field. This is where real value is generated, as it’s hard to put a price on it. @Leadgenjay and @Jordan Wiseman These guys are what gave the confidence and skills to feel competent to deliver. Jay is by far the best content creator out there around cold email. Hands down. The insider program is filled with so much value it isn't even funny. idk if this is frowned upon but I want to thank others outside this community. I want to thank @Nick Saraev with Maker School. In a sea of fake AI automation gurus and fluff, he is a breath of fresh air. Realistic, humble, and brilliant….also has a great voice to fall asleep to, so deep and calm 😂. There is so much value; the community actually helps each other, and he is also here helping, which is well worth all the money.

🚨 Emergency Drop: This AI Is Moving Too Fast to Ignore 🚨
I didn’t plan this video. No fancy edits. No script. But I had to hit record. There’s a new AI tech blowing up right now and unlike most hype cycles, this one is actually dangerous (in a good way) if you’re an online business owner. In the last 7 days, I’ve been using an open-source system that has quietly become: - My executive assistant - My developer - My designer - My project manager - My internal ops layer It texts me. Emails for me. Books meetings. Manages Slack. Tracks tasks. Builds apps. And gets better every single day. This is not another AI agent demo that skips the hard parts. In this video, I walk you through: - What this tech actually is (and what it replaces) - The exact setup I’m using - How I gave it its own email, calendar, iMessage, and Slack access - How to turn it into a real “employee,” not a toy - The security mistakes to avoid And lots more! If you’re busy, scaling, or drowning in admin work… This will feel like cheating. 👉 Watch the video now I’ve put together a full setup guide + checklist to avoid the common traps. Comment “Guide” and I’ll share it.

Guide
Cold Email Failure Starts Here 👇
A lot of people blame copy. Or deliverability. Or “the market being saturated.” But in reality, many cold email campaigns are dead before the first send. The reason? Bad lists. If your list quality is off, nothing downstream matters. Let me break down how to solve this today, so your cold emails actually reach the right inboxes. Step 1: Confirm Where Your Buyers Actually Exist Before scraping anything, answer this: Are your buyers active on LinkedIn? • If yes → use LinkedIn-based sources (Apollo works fine) • If no → look elsewhere (Google Maps, niche directories, other socials) Step 2: Filter Like Your Reputation Depends on It Because it does. When I build lists in Apollo, I stack filters aggressively: • Job titles • Company size • Location • Email status set to "verified" Loose filters = inflated lists = reputation damage. Step 3: Clean the List (No Exceptions) Export the list and run it through a verifier. With Apollo data, you’ll usually see: • ~70–80% clean • ~20–30% questionable What you do next matters. You can: • double-check the risky segment with a tool like Clay • or discard them entirely What you shouldn’t do is email unverified addresses. Ever. Bad email addresses kill your sender reputation… And no great offer, no “high converting copy”, and no street cred will save you. If you get the list right, everything else becomes easier. Try this out, and let me know if it's helpful!

🚫 Stop Sending DMs That Reek of Desperation
(Steal This Cold Message That Actually Got a Reply) 95% of DMs being sent right now? 💩 They read like a Fiverr VA copy-pasted it from a 2021 YouTube tutorial. You know the ones… ❌ “Hey [First Name], I help busy founders scale to 6-figures using my proven 3-step system…” ❌ “Quick question for you... 👀” ❌ “I saw your profile and thought we might be a great fit!” If you’ve ever sent one of those, this is your intervention. Because you’re not just being ignored—you’re being categorized. 🧠 As forgettable. 🗑️ As background noise. 📉 As someone not worth replying to. 🧠 How I Flipped It, just like @Jay Feldman teaches. Instead of ignoring a guy who’d been DM'ing me like an amnesiac AI… And this guy is a fairly well established influencer with a sizable IG YT & Skool Community. I sent this: Not gonna lie --> you’ve hit me with more “Hey Ian”s & "How's Biz?" than an MLM recruiter w/ amnesia 😂 Figured I’d wait to reply until I had something worth showing. In the last 3 months 56 new customers. $72,408 in revenue. 9 churned. {SCREENSHOT PROOF} All from a similar offer and audience size to yours. Not saying you're leaving money on the table... But if you are, your weak ass DM game is probably why. ✌️☮️ Guess what happens next? 👀 He replied instantly. Then booked a call. 🧨 Why It Worked ✅ Pattern interrupt – Casual. Funny. Not trying to sell. ✅ Leads with proof – No bait. Just data. ✅ Curiosity over pitch – Hints at the gap without bragging. ✅ Reverses the dynamic – He chased me. 💥 Want to Stop Getting Ghosted? Here’s the formula: Open with a jab – playful, honest, bold Drop results – numbers > adjectives Create curiosity – no neediness, just a window Position yourself as the shortcut – without pitching Shut up and let them ask Comment “SLAP” and get the DM Masterclass that’s booked me calls with people way outside my “lane.” No more spam. No more guessing. No more sounding like someone’s virtual assistant. 🧠 You’re either pattern-interrupting…
