@Patrick Murakami I am the face of my business. I am just not sure I want to give my image away to Meta or other social platforms or programs that use this technology. It's one thing if I allow them to use it after asking, but they are storing our data. My friend is currently studying Cyber Security, and she researched how to turn off the setting, because when I reached out to Meta directly they said they couldn't help me. I turned the AI features off with FB and Instagram. Have this popup as a suggestion for a story post was very concerning to me. It's creepy! I like to use AI to assist with other task like editing and written content creation. I will probably have to jump on the bandwagon, but companies need to pay me if they are going to use my image for profit. They are already collecting sensitive data for free.

If anyone wants it, how you can turn of the Meta AI feature.

I also think automating follow-up with personal touches is important. Referencing something that lets the client know you actually remember them. They can then reflect on the connection you made.
