Have you selected your word for 2026? A few years ago I was introduced to this, to select a word or mantra that you feel aligns with what you want to accomplish. I personally believe that I'm in a season of proving to myself that I can do the things that I want to achieve. Limitless is the word for me. What's your word for 2026?

Create three posts this week using these prompts. 1. Normalize something your audience feels guilty about. Example “If you’re posting inconsistently because you’re overwhelmed, that doesn’t make you unprofessional. It makes you human.” 2. Teach ONE simple system that makes your life easier. Something you actually use. Screenshots welcome. 3. Bust a belief your audience has that keeps them stuck. Example “You don’t need more followers. You need a clearer message.” Simple. Punchy. Top 5 Video Tips for 2026
If you've noticed, a lot of business owners make the mistake of using video to pitch themselves. With the volume of ads the average social media user sees, that's the last thing they want to run into. Here are my top five tips for standing out with your video content as we move into 2026. 1. Show real people using your products OR real people performing your services. Customer sees problem → gets results → becomes your best marketer. Film this journey in 60 seconds, it doesn't need to be a production either. There's a reason affiliate marketing is so big! 2. Tell your story and why you started. You had a problem → you solved it → now you help other people solve it too. People trust people that have walked the same path, creating emotional buy-in to your brand. 3. Answer questions your customers actually ask. Customer stuck with a problem → you explain the solution → they feel seen and helped → they come back when ready to buy. By providing free value, education, or knowledge, you leverage the law of reciprocity and establish yourself as the go-to. 4. Use testimonials and customer success stories. Struggling customer finds you → transformation happens → they share their win on camera → strangers believe because of real results. This should be in THEIR words, genuine, and unscripted. 5. Be consistent and show up regularly. Stranger discovers your video → comes back next week → trusts you more → becomes a customer after seeing you repeatedly help people.

Hey guys! It’s that weird, sweet window between chaos and magic where we can actually think about strategy for the new year. Here are ten insanely doable things to get your social media ready to bring in new clients before January even hits. 1. Audit your bio so it speaks to who you help, how you help, and the result you give. 2. Pin your top three posts that show who you are, your personality and what you actually offer. 3. Plan your first 4 reels to drop in January with strong founder or client story hooks. 4. Write a 30 day content list that mixes education, inspo, and real connection. 5.Go back through the last year's content and repurpose or redo things that did well or you just truly liked. Sometimes a second run gives that post a new chance. 6. Clean up your feed so people can tell what you do in five seconds. 7. Film a founder story video that explains why you do what you do (and who you do it for). 8. Create a DM reply script so you are ready when people reply, comment and DM you. 9. Post a New Year reel sharing the transformation you help make happen. 10. Drop a freebie to collect emails and nurture leads into paying clients.
