CLOSING DOWN PARKING PARASITES
I FORGOT TO POST THIS WIN THE OTHER DAY A great one for @Sule Hassan as he has the parasites withdraw their claim Sule Hassan 5d ‱ Parking Parasites Parking Charge Notice - claim withdrawn Smart Parking Limited and its agents withdraw claim at court. Thank you Peter Wilson. The counterclaim based on the breach of data protection act works and is effective. I will be withdrawing my counterclaim, any opinions?

Magnificent outcome. We must continue to double down to get this kind of results and never lose sight of the great work still needed to be done to remove as much blindspots as necessary hence making the challenge to such claims a viable proposition.
A Real Stag Do
I'm back up in Scotland, 2 days in the Highlands staying in a pod, not my cup of tea, but needs must, it was very remote 3 deer just standing munching on the village green, a huge stag walking along the street with me, amazing. The scenery when I've had time to look, is stunning, the area around Kinlochleven is worth the 6 hour trip, but if I've been slow in replies to DMs, this is why, I'm in Greenock right now, hopefully back up to Dumbarton on Friday for another meeting then if I'm lucky back home on Friday night, but it depends on my meeting, I may have to stay longer, The Meeting tomorrow evening at 7.30pm will still be OK, but I may have to whisper as I am literally next door to a police station 😄 by the way, I posted all the water machines out, so you probably have them now. Next week I'll be doing another prize draw for another health product, I'll show you next week though as I don't have anything with me up here. I feel like a nomad, Texas, Devon, The Highlands, now Glasgow some work, some pleasure, but all knowledge gained is always passed on to you and any garbage stuck in the bin. GDPR is a gift that keeps on giving, but more about that later. Hope to see you tomorrow evening

Well deserved break. Enjoy the scenery.
Digital ID? WTF Do We Do
- Petitions = data collection. They ignore them. - MPs = whipped into obedience. Party loyalty > people. - Begging the system = playing their game, on their terms. So, if you’re serious about resisting, it can’t be about begging the same machine that’s building the cage. The real levers are elsewhere. Here’s a strategy framework your members could use: 1. Starve the Beast Every system runs on compliance. If enough people refuse, delay, or slow-walk adoption, the rollout collapses. - Don’t download the app. - Don’t volunteer info beyond what’s legally required. - Use existing IDs (NI, passport, licence) wherever possible. - Opt for paper/physical alternatives if they exist (forcing the state to maintain “legacy routes” costs them money). They only win if the majority roll over and adopt it without friction. 2. Parallel Systems = Real Power When people can’t rely solely on the state, they build alternatives: - Private trade networks (cash, barter, crypto, local exchange). - Mutual aid communities (housing, food, work). - Independent ID systems (trust-based groups, private trusts, lawful paperwork). - Alternative media (stop swallowing BBC/Sky narratives, build/share independent channels). A digital ID is powerless if you don’t need it for the life you’ve built. 3. Legal & Equity Pressure - Judicial review challenges (arguing disproportionate intrusion vs GDPR, Human Rights Act). - Equity trusts & private law routes (separating equitable rights from statutory “personhood”). - Data protection challenges (ICO complaints, SARs, GDPR breaches).Even if you don’t “win,” you slow them down and force transparency. 4. Mass Non-Compliance They cannot enforce this on 60+ million people if enough say “No.” - Remember Blair’s ID cards? Shelved because people resisted. - Remember Poll Tax? Collapsed when millions refused. The trick is numbers. If you and 10 friends resist, you’re a nuisance. If you and 10 million resist, the policy is dead.

This is akin to trying to stop a moving train. I see no light with this mandatory line given the experiences people now have with the workings of where this is headed.
The new Council Tax and HMRC Enforcement AI and Agent
It doesn't do Scotland Council Tax Enforcement, well i think it doesn't..... It's an Agent so it should be extra helpful. I just added HMRC, but i've not tested yet. Although it was calculated by this AI months ago, i only just added it, as much of it was the same procedures, using different legislation, due to someone testing it and find out it could do it as a bot. I also added NI. No idea why it didn't do it in the first place ...😂 anyways, have fun. Let me know how it performs. There is a Telegram Workgroup too: https://t.me/+hckJhpjP8so1NTc8 The Council Tax and HMRC Enforcement AI and Agent link: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-68b3181c9fbc8191bbe3fd65770c54f4-council-tax-hmrc-ai-agent-light Dimebar, [11/09/2025 21:19] Just basics explained, A to E solutions. Committal to Prison Proceedings
Just received four notices of committal to prison proceedings from the council for non payment of council tax dated 14th July. I think it's retaliation for my threatened claim to sue them for breach of DPA 2018 and UK GDPR and a final attempt for mediation. They are dated the day before a visit from Jacobs which wasn't notified to me. I've never refused to pay. The notices say I need to contact recovery section within the next 7 days. Don't know if this is from the date of the letter or date of receipt.

Don't let their notices keep you down. If you have embarked on the course to sue, remain on that path. Do your SAR and the like. I believe it's best to contact their recovery section by email as any contact is contact anyway indicating you have sent your SAR assuming you have done so already. Hence further enforcement action should be suspended until the SAR request has by complied with. It should be from date of receipt. In any event contact them as soon as possible
