@Salim Abdulmenan 1 week isn't enough time brotha. There's no good answer I could give you without looking into your funnel. But 1 week is simply not enough time to make any decisions. Biggest tip I could offer is before you try making a bunch of landing page tweaks...First make sure you're targeting the right people in the first place. DONT use broad match keywords types - start with 7-15 exact match...and make sure you have separate ad groups for different services being offered.

I've tried to reach out a few times but haven't heard back...Where do you think we should go from here?" - that way you don't sound desperate like "please respond back to me 😩", but instead its collaborative and you're asking him for his input (which gives him a sense of control)
