Noob: Trying To Diagnose Ad
This is the first ad I have created. The CTA goes to a 'book now' button -> calendly & also DM ''keyword'. How do you suggest to record how many people open the DMs; is there a way to aggregate link click with DM click? We did receive a DM for the keyword, but it's unclear if they came from organic on ig as the profile has the same keyword for people to dm in the bio. There was one appt booked in the calendly, however the number was not valid and the name was odd, and they didn't show up. I setup the pixel on calendly for that particular calendar link. There is 19 link clicks, I assume this means clicking to the calendly. It has been running for 2 days at $10 per day. Questions: 1) Should I keep it running as is? 2) Is there a recommended way to record when someone books in the calendar, or drops off & at what stage during that process? Thanks guys!
