📈 Momentum * (Mission + Vision) = Success

There is a beautiful story by Karl Weick about the lost soldiers in the Alps. They found a map and found a path that saved them. On closer inspection, they later realised that the map was of the Pyrenees. What does the story say? We have to set off and believe in something that gives us courage and hope to carry on. This also includes feedback loops and checkpoints. I think many people have a model that gives them strength. I find Ming Zeng's approach at Alibaba about the importance of the mission and that they have changed the vision very often very exciting. The main focus was always the mission, so you could derive an equation. As I said, it is important to have a map/formula.
💰 The GIVE IT AWAY YouTube Strategy (it works)
Two things made a major difference in my YouTube Channel in 2024. One was a spike that didn't last, was fun, but did little to change my channel longterm. The second was a new strategy that everyone talks about but no one does. SPIKE #1 in the graph below—Alex Hormozi announces he invested in Skool—all my Skool video blew up! SUSTAINED GROWTH in the graph below—The give it away strategy. Make a video that gives everything away. (And if you can) one that no one else can create. That's all I changed, and it made all the difference. You can too. Just give it away.

@Joshua Gatewood I think it's challenging to find the niche where knowledge is considered valuable that is unique to you. The main question is what is the target group and what can you do to help customers get from A-B. That's where the focus helps, I admit I find that difficult too, too many topics that are exciting. If, for example, the focus is on viewers who can build it themselves, then the target group is wrong. Here with Stephen you can see the technical quality, I would definitely have spent a week, I'm not a developer, building a cloud service like this myself, that's why I'm with Stephen, although I build a lot myself, I lack the developer experience. That means working out the target group and niche better.

I also build many large AI workflows, the big advantage of Stephen is that he can build integrated workflows. I often get inspiration not so much from the workflows but from how Stephen has built them, the design. I don't know all the products either. I can rebuild all the workflows quickly, but I will still need a few hours, I can use this time better elsewhere, so I have decided to join the community.
Easily Generate Content Ideas in Minutes
Hey all! I wanted to share an automation that can generate good content ideas with the push of a button and would love to hear your thoughts. I'm also working on actually creating content from these ideas, but that's still in progress. Would you or someone you know use this? What would you add or change? Any feedback is welcome! Thanks in advance for your help! 😊 P.S. I'm thinking about adding RSS feeds and a way to search and summarize TikTok and other videos to spark even more ideas. What do you think?

Yes, that's a nice workflow, you can build something like that with airtable. I have built most of my larger flows according to your model. I have built various workflows using this approach, the largest has 600 prompts and the airtable database has 440 columns. The trick is then to integrate the prompts accordingly. Or to bring the result into a record or into a row. In some workflows, I think I did exactly the same as you, I went over to having the prompts in a table and then executing them one after the other via Make.com, at some point I was too lazy to create the fields and then built the Make workflow so that the fields are created automatically. If you like Tim Ferris Metalearning, here is a workflow similar to yours that directly creates the learning tasks for subskills. https://www.ki-insights.com/mit-ki-schneller-lernen-tim-ferris-meta-learning-automatisiert/
100% Automated FACELESS Video Generation From News Article
I've been experimenting with a faceless content generator that can use various inputs to generate a video (fully automated). With Images, narration, scenes, parts, captions etc. This is the very first version and test output but it's pretty cool. I spent most of the time building the structure of the system to be flexible and modular. So that you could have it produce other types of content -- simply by updating the interface vs having to reprogram a lot of automation for different use cases. Here was the article I used RIGHT HERE. And the video is attached to watch. How it works 👇 - Automation digested the article. - Created sources text. - Created the voice over narrative. - Created different scenes from the narrative and broke it into parts. - Then created images for each part. - Assembled it all back into a movie. - It created the voice narration. - Then added captions. No human was used to make any part of this video. Except the human who built it (me). ** note: one cool part of the system is that you can set it up so that each step could be moderated and adjusted before anything was generated. So if you wanted to, people could come in and augment any part of the video. Let me know what you think. Anything at all. Think its cool? Horrifying? Want something that can do something similar? Have other ideas? Let me know in the comments.

Many thanks Steve, I spent hours yesterday using leonardo.ai to generate consistent images via the api, with midjourney via goapi it's very easy via --sref url. How did you do it with Leonardo, I want to create symbols.
