Best practice pricing question
Considering charging an electrician in SC $2999 + $899/ mo for website build + Voice AI + chatbot + SEO Would you absorb phone + AI usage costs with the unlimited AI agent in GHL or pass it through on a package like this? The prospect is said its between me and a solid competitor. He sent me his loom pitch lol he liked mine a bit more but his pricing is 1200/mo for just website + SEO. He wasnt a fan of the 1200/mo pricing starting out since he's only been open for less than 2 years. I was thinking maybe unlimited AI agent and then passing phone usage onto customer however I would love feedback from the community on this.

Yea I have to agree with Jeremy, you're already giving him a great deal with your price. your setup fee is my starting cost for just a website. Don't lower you value by giving away more free, and trust me if he haggles you for the price he's going to be more headache down the road. I'd defiantly pass the usage to the customer (I always do)
A/B testing Problems
Does anyone else have problems with GHL A/B testing. It is supposed to be a 50/50 split. FYI, most conversions are phone calls, so this isnt as pathetic as it looks. Sadly GHL doesn't include phone calls in A/B tests.

Yea, I'm running that for a few clients, but I don't have as much discrepancy in the numbers. could you share a screenshot of the stats tab?
Demo on Demand Help Please!
Today I met with an Auto Repair company and used the demo on demand. Prior to the call I tested it and it worked perfectly. During the Zoom meeting I changed the questions after speaking with him. When he called the number…. Chloe asked all 3 questions in a row instead of asking one at a time. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts or suggestions? Also…. It sends the initial text and then sends a second message asking ā€˜what are you trying to use AI for’? This may be because I have an agency bot on the same subaccount but they do have different numbers so not sure why it would ask that right after the initial text unless it’s set up to do that? Help!!

Knowify question for the group
I have an electrical contractor client who wants two separate calendars. One for service calls and one for site visit quotes. They use Knowify for project management and is asking if possible to connect everything through Zapier. I told them to keep it simple and use Google Calendar as the hub since GHL connects to it natively. But now the question is whether GHL can route to two different calendars cleanly. Can the AI book a service call on one calendar and a quote request on another based on what the lead says? Has anyone set this up before? Does it work well or does it get messy?

When you're adding an action under the bot goals, you'll see 2 tabs single/multiple calendars, when you toggle it to multiple it will allow you to multiselect your calendars. As far as setting the actual calendars up I'd set both of them as service calendars (1. Maintenance/Jobs/Service Call, 2. Quotes/Estimates)

Open Dental
Hello World, Im requesting a tiny bit of direction. I looked up some tools to allow integration with Open Dental for scheduling but I'm not sure if its needed or if I'm headed in the right direction. I also noticed that it may require Open Dental API and Webhooks. I'm requesting some guidance on how to set this up. Will someone let me know if I am over complicating the set-up or if anyone has ever set up Voice AI for a dental practice using the offices scheduling software or added a way to work with the scheduling software and also staying compliant with PHI.

So both Pamela and Jeremy answers are perfect. I do build quite a bit of API connections (but I charge so much to the client to do that, or I don't even consider it) What I think: I'm assuming since you said you're trying to not touch PHI, that you're trying to use the Voice AI to collect basic lead information, schedule appointments, or answer general practice related questions. 1. If they paid you so much money, find a good overseas developer to help you out. Building an API to connect to Voice AI Agent is a pain!!, the API is the easy part, but to have the agent follow a specific cadence to wait for api to pull availability or patient records is almost impossible. That's before we even discuss custom objects/fields/values, you essentially would be doing so much just to store the data you get from the API, then you would need to parse and reformat the API json output and have the voice ai read it. 2. If you they're not paying $15K+ then I would try to see if their system has an existing sync functionality with google maps.
