I have an electrical contractor client who wants two separate calendars. One for service calls and one for site visit quotes. They use Knowify for project management and is asking if possible to connect everything through Zapier.
I told them to keep it simple and use Google Calendar as the hub since GHL connects to it natively.
But now the question is whether GHL can route to two different calendars cleanly. Can the AI book a service call on one calendar and a quote request on another based on what the lead says?
Has anyone set this up before? Does it work well or does it get messy?
