Hello World, Im requesting a tiny bit of direction. I looked up some tools to allow integration with Open Dental for scheduling but I'm not sure if its needed or if I'm headed in the right direction. I also noticed that it may require Open Dental API and Webhooks. I'm requesting some guidance on how to set this up. Will someone let me know if I am over complicating the set-up or if anyone has ever set up Voice AI for a dental practice using the offices scheduling software or added a way to work with the scheduling software and also staying compliant with PHI.

This community is amazing. And it is as complicated as I thought. Also, this is a $15k job? WOW...I have not discussed pricing yet. This is what I found using the AI suggestion with two options but I was unaware of the parcing, json, reformatting: This is option B: Option B (best scheduling accuracy): Use Open Dental as the “source of truth” for availability, then book via Open Dental API This is what you want if you need the AI to offer only truly open slots from Open Dental. Flow 1. Voice AI collects: 2. Your middleware calls Open Dental to pull availability: 3. Voice AI offers 2–3 slots. 4. When caller confirms: The catch with HL Voice AI HL Voice AI can book on HL calendars natively, but real-time “call an external API, then continue the conversation with results” usually requires a middleware/tool-calling style capability or a structured handoff (implementation varies by your Voice AI setup). If you can’t do real-time slot lookup inside the call, use the hybrid approach below. 1. Open Dental remains the schedule source-of-truth 2. Voice AI either: 3. Use Open Dental API Events to keep HL updated on appointment status changes. SO, maybe I pull back from these offices and offer something less complicated or dig in and seek the budget and try to follow through? There are two small private offices in Louisiana.

Recently closed a CRM client on an AI Receptionist System, 2nd monthly payment collected. 🙌 $1,600 setup (And growing as we add more to the system) $997 per month I’m sharing this for the person in here who’s doing the work but hasn’t seen the win yet. This didn’t come from some secret sauce. 🔴 MARCH DROP: Who would like this? (Step-by-Step)
Hey gang! Happy Sunday! If @Charles Guerra and I were to make an "Agency Roadmap" to $10k/mo (not a promise or guarantee)... But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can... I've got something that should give literally all of you a clear path with checkpoints / Level Up intervals so you can not only self-identify where you're at... But also how to get to the next level. (Literally as step-by-step as we can think of making it) If this is something you want or need... Drop a GIF and let me know. The Roadmap/Blueprint itself is done, just need to record the videos but this thing is 🔥🔥🔥 And especially useful for anybody feeling stuck. 🤔 What do you need help with? (Seriously)
Hey gang! My birthday is tomorrow and my wife asked me what I wanted to do… and literally all I want to do is plan out the next phase of CEO Lab, restructuring it a way that makes it even easier for each of you to launch and grow, and take everything to the next level. That being said… I want to hear from each of you on what’s your constraint, what’s holding you back, what do you need help with to make traction in your agency? Please give me as much info as possible so we can take it into consideration while building everything that is to come. Jeff ++ P.S… we have some BIG things in the works for CEO Lab (per usual) and this will continue to be THE #1 Marketing & AI group on planet Earth… and by a greater and greater margin. Period.

Happy birthday! I don't know what I don't know, right now. So being stuck in which direction to take makes me try all directions and not getting far, it feels. But, I do have a client, a bail bondsman. So maybe a offer creation type education would help to zero in on 1 or 2 specific markets. After intro, I could lead the conversation with my xyz system? Maybe Lead gen with AI voice or text follow up for appointment booking for xyz company, or a smart website build with AI voice or text for xyz company. And as you demonstrated follow up for lead gen. Education to word the call out-hey I can help you with this problem, value received from fixing the problem and outcome for clients after fixing their problem. Thanks for your time and consideration. Proud of the progress I've made since joining this group. The methods work if you put in the time week after week. For me the biggest difference was attaching myself to the process not the outcome. As long as I meet my daily outreach goals I know I can keep generating business. I've come to realize that the more rejection I go through I'm just that much closer to landing another client. The client is a med spa, small mom and pop business that some of my friends go to. I had an easy way to meet with the owner and just went and had a conversation exactly how the scripts go. It was surprisingly easy as after I explained to them if they could land one extra customer it would pay for itself. This is not my niche or area of expertise I just saw an opportunity and went for it. $1500 setup fee and $497 a month. Stay positive! Lets finish this week strong.
