Best practice pricing question
Considering charging an electrician in SC $2999 + $899/ mo for website build + Voice AI + chatbot + SEO
Would you absorb phone + AI usage costs with the unlimited AI agent in GHL or pass it through on a package like this?
The prospect is said its between me and a solid competitor. He sent me his loom pitch lol he liked mine a bit more but his pricing is 1200/mo for just website + SEO. He wasnt a fan of the 1200/mo pricing starting out since he's only been open for less than 2 years.
I was thinking maybe unlimited AI agent and then passing phone usage onto customer however I would love feedback from the community on this.
Absorb all usage fees for the flat monthly rate
Cover Unlimited AI agent + pass through phone usage to customer
Markup AI + phone usage and pass it to the customer
