What's happening for Christmas and your holiday?
I'll be here at home with the wife and kids, drinking some bad drinks, eating some bad foods, and watching A Christmas Story. If it doesn't rain we might hit the pool at my brother-in-law's place. Christmas in summer is a mind-flip for me even after all these years. What do you have on?

@Alfredo Nunez Thank you. I'm doing all of those things except i am more or less doing it alone until I can get her in hospital. She has two kids and her partner is the focus of her paranoia and delusions so things are really in a bad way.

My poll the other day showed some signs of a heart-beat despite the glassy-eyed zombies in the audience. Good news: there's enough interest for me to move forward with a few short 20-45 minute video and/or audio sessions. Here's my question to you: šŸ‘‰ Which topic catches your fancy? What's your biggest, most painful, most urgent or most compelling pain at the moment? - Are you interested in building and keeping muscle tissue? - Burning off the fat and keeping it off? - Committing to a goal and keeping a machine-like consistency? @Matt Perryman I'm not sure that I wrecked them exactly, though the years of lifting etc. may have contributed. I have a slight anatomical abnormality in that my elbows aren't pointy enough. Seriously. My ulnar nerves sublux on both sides. I need to have nerve transposition surgery as it's become very painful. I also have snapping triceps but I think I'm stuck with that.
