If lifting weights were fun and frictionless, more people would get the bodies they've always wanted.
Matt Perryman here. At almost 46, I feel better and look better than I did at 25.
I've spent the last few years dialing in my daily eating and weekly training habits.
I didn't want to mess around with crazy diets or even crazier workouts.
I drink beer and scotch, eat carbs and chocolate, and do all the wrong things you aren't supposed to do.
I do fun workouts that I enjoy.
There's only a few levers you have to pull to get and keep the body you want.
Smart and effective weight training is one of them.
That's why I'm putting together this little community for good folks over 40 who want to get *and stay* strong, energetic, and pretty in middle age and beyond.
š Feel better, look better... and even lift weights that turn a few heads at the gym... with a shockingly small commitment of your precious time and energy.
It's simple, fun, and satisfying.
If you're game, come on in.
