Identity Shift
Start Acting Like the Person You’re Becoming Lasting sobriety isn’t about “quitting.” It’s about becoming someone new. Ask yourself today: “What would an alcohol-free version of me choose right now?” 👇 Journal + Share (optional): - Finish this sentence:“I am becoming someone who ______.” Identity comes before behavior sticks.

Sophisticated Zero Proof Enjoyable Beverages

What Are You Actually Needing?
Most urges aren’t about alcohol. They’re about comfort, relief, connection, or rest. Alcohol just used to be the fastest (not the best) delivery system. Today, get curious instead of critical. 👉 Reflection: Finish this sentence in the comments or your journal: “Right now, what I really need is ______.” No fixing required. Awareness is the win.

Don’t Remove — Replace
Your brain hates empty space. When you remove alcohol, you must replace the routine, not just resist it. 👇 Today’s Action: - What could you do instead during your hardest moment?(Walk, shower, tea, journaling, early bedtime, movement, music…) Drop one replacement habit you’re testing today. Progress > perfection.

Your Triggers Are Clues, Not Failures
Today is about curiosity, not judgment. Every urge is information — not a command. 👇 Check In: - What time of day feels hardest? - What emotion shows up right before the urge? If you want, post: 👉 “My biggest trigger right now is ______.” You’re learning your brain’s language — and that’s huge.
