👉 Urges peak, pass, and fade
👉 Feelings move when we let them be felt
👉 You don’t have to solve everything before bed
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is just stay present with your life as it is.
Tonight’s gentle practice:
✨ Drink something calming (tea, water, sparkling water)
✨ Turn down the noise — lights, scrolling, overthinking
✨ Say one kind sentence to yourself: “I’m proud of myself for…”
Let the day close without judgment.
You’re learning. You’re healing. You’re becoming.
