My friend turned 60 and I made her this vanilla macaron cake with brown butter cream cheese frosting. I know it needs work but had fun doing it:)

Not too bad, but I need to fix a couple things…I love the height and feet development, and especially excited that they FINALLY “popped” off the mat! That said, I definitely over cooked them by a couple min. I went to 18min and a few of them still felt wobbly so I went a couple more. Next time I’ll pull at 18. The shell top was also kinda frail-would that be from under beaten merengue or from the over bake?

Today is my third times trying out crystal recipe. Everything still looking good. Full mac today but i still need to adjust my oven temp because it seem alittle hot in oven some are crack but still a good mac. When it too cold my macaron isnt as smooth.
