Free AI Course!!
Hey 3XF Fam! We just launched what I think will be one of the top AI courses on Udemy. I have a link that’ll get you the course for FREE but in exchange I’m asking for an honest review. We need to boost our stat rating! Here’s the course: https://www.udemy.com/course/ai-ready-professional-certification/ Comment below if you’re interested and I’ll have the link DM’d to you. We’ve capped the free courses at 100 and Nuno and Ivan are also offering them to their communities so when they’re gone they’re gone. Thank you 🙏 Kasim

The Year Our Family Celebrated Christmas at The Office
One year, we had our Christmas tree at the office. Not a second tree. The tree. The presents. Everything. My husband and I took our two kids there on Christmas Eve to open gifts — at our office instead of our home. It wasn't some dramatic breaking point. It was the logical end of a thousand small decisions that all seemed strategic at the time. The office was decorated that year because clients came there. Staff was there. People would see it. Our house? We just weren't there enough. Didn't make the time. By the time Christmas was a few days away, the office was ready and home wasn't — so it just made sense. That's the thing about business consuming your life. It doesn't feel like consumption. It feels like logic. My best friend was my office manager. Her three kids and my two were homeschooling upstairs. Both our husbands worked there. We started cooking dinner at the office most nights — not because we had to feed two families, but because after a long day, neither couple wanted to clean up dinner alone at home. With two husbands, two wives, five kids, a full kitchen, a dishwasher, and two fridges at the office... it just made sense to split the load. Until suddenly the office was home. And home was just the place we slept. On paper, it probably looked like we had it figured out. We weren't checking our bank balance before grocery runs or doctor appointments. We were "making it." But there was no travel. No extended time off. No thriving — just surviving well enough that we couldn't justify complaining. The business had consumed everything. Including Christmas. That's what happens when your business design is chaos. Not your strategy — your design. The fundamental structure of what you're building. Let me clarify some terms, because understanding these changed everything for me: → WORK-LIFE BALANCE is what everyone told me I needed. The layered parfait — work layer, life layer, work layer, life layer. Keep them separate. "Turn off" at 5pm. Don't check email on weekends.

Good stuff! I'm in the process of redesigning my business, too. A couple of things that I've gotten better at: saying NO to things (meetings, projects, etc) that fall outside my work hours/boundaries and taking mini breaks during business/client work hours.

The 5 Levels of Entrepreneurship Framework ✅
Done with the 5 Levels of Entrepreneurship Framework! So many things I learned from this, it's hard to choose one. From getting clarity on what I really want (not just what I thought I wanted), knowing what steps to take to reach each level, down to exactly how I'll execute them. But I think the most important thing that I learned and really liked about this is that Kasim revealed the entire entrepreneur's journey in detail. It's a freaking cheat code. It reminds me of "Black Sheep Wall", my favorite StarCraft cheat code. (StarCraft was a super famous real-time strategy game back in the 90s. You build stuff, make armies, and battle it out—sometimes as humans, sometimes as aliens, sometimes as space bugs with anger issues.) The game had plenty of cheat codes—instant resources, invincibility, lightning-fast building. But Black Sheep Wall was different. It reveals the entire map. It allows you to see where your enemies are hiding, plan when to attack or defend, and find resources to build your base easily. No more stumbling around in the dark. The 5 Levels of Framework of Entrepreneurship is kind of the same. It helps me take a peek at the possible challenges I might face, so I can be better equipped to handle them if and when they come. And it shows me what the terrain looks like, so I don't spend my time wandering aimlessly, taking actions that lead nowhere. But just like Black Sheep Wall, knowing the map doesn't guarantee success. I still need to walk the path. Still need to build. Still need to fight the battles. But knowing what lies ahead is already enough to make sure I have a plan and am prepared… so I know what's coming and what it takes to win. In the words of Miguel de Cervantes, "To be prepared is half the victory."

Can't wait to dive into this one!
Do you have a plan for 2026?
If not... I’m considering hosting an End of Year working session on December 31st. We’ll run my End of Year Framework and actually design the year ahead. - Clear priorities. - Non-negotiable habit stacks. - Known risks identified and neutralized before they become expensive. - Direction instead of hope. This will be a working meeting. Cameras on. Pens out. Decisions made. You’ll leave with a plan you can execute on January 1, not a feeling that fades by January 7. And maybe we'll even have a little fun... If there’s energy around this, I’ll put it together. Drop a Yay, Nay, or Other in the comments and tell me which one you’re choosing. Let’s end the year awake! Love y'all...

Information Fasting: Because Your Brain Is Bloated
Real talk: most entrepreneurs aren’t stuck because we don’t know enough. We’re stuck because we’re hoarding information like it’s toilet paper in 2020. New podcast? Listen. New book? Buy. New workshop? Sign up. New guru? Inject directly into brain. Meanwhile… actual execution is in the corner like: “Hey uh… remember me?” Six months ago I hit my limit. I was consuming so much, I swear my brain needed a RAM upgrade. So I tried something radical: I went on an Information Fast. Only a few podcasts Only 2–3 books Zero shiny workshops Just this 3XF community + Focus Framework implementation And guess what? When I stopped feeding my brain junk food… it finally had room to digest. The Focus Flywheel says it best: Learn → Implement → Iterate → Evolve (not “Learn → Learn → Panic → Buy another course”). Doing more. Consuming less. Actual freedom. Wild concept. Quick questions for you: What’s your #1 content addiction right now? If you stopped 80% of your intake for 30 days… would your life fall apart or get way better? What’s one piece of content you know you should break up with… but keep texting anyway? Drop your answers below — the Focus Framework demands it.

Loove how you frame this as an Information Fast. I was guilty of this, too. I've been more intentional this year, which feels really good.
