Medicinal Garden
I've been making note cards for the medicinal garden I'm going to grow. We hope to have that part of the land cleared before winter. Hard work is worth the effort when the outcome is what God provides from the earth to begin with🥰
Courses, Fluff, and the Good Stuff.
My courses won't be too much, if any, fluff! No space filling history, telling everyone why they should do what they just purchased, or 100 testimonials about people that may or may not have actually done the exact course you purchased. Jumpstart courses are really straight to the good stuff. Learn, go use, come back with Q&A on the follow up coaching I usually include. Higher success rate than goof-rus, because even if I sell a $5 course, I will still spend time coaching you so you "get it". Unscalable sure, but you'll be Unstoppable. I'm going to do an email marketing course using Skool Live. The guts of the course will be less than 5 minutes. I'll hang out to discuss the expanded details, research, and fear questions too.

@Jim Chianese Thanks, Jim! That makes sense. I’ll go ahead and create a post under 'Today I …' with my ideas and see what others think. Appreciate the guidance!

@Jim Chianese
Absolutely! I love how everyone here supports and uplifts each other — that’s what makes this space so special 💪💫
Totally agree! Love how straightforward and practical this is—makes it easy to dive in and actually learn. No fluff, just real value!

Skool Engagement Checklist (and Mistakes)
Engagement Ideas Checklist: 1. Use the Leaderboards with challenges as motivation to participate 2. Polls/quizzes seem to work well for some groups 3. Make sure every new member is introduced to the group 4. I hold 1:1 Workshops/calls (2-3 sessions each) to learn about each new member and to start delivering value. 5. Unlock various Levels with perks for milestones. I'll be doing that shortly. 6. Spotlight members and their success or story. 7. Reply ASAP to each post or comment 8. Sending great content and a call to action every 72 hours makes a lot of sense. Mistakes New Group Owners Make: 1. Lack of consistency. 2. Overthinking. Trying to build out courses and content before they launch. Sound familiar? 3. Treating your group like a one-way information dump with constant pitching instead of community building.
