Wall Handstand Pushup Pre Requisites??
Guys, I'm currently going after wall handstand pushups I stopped doing weighted Dips and I'm focusing on Pike Pushups and elevated Pike Pushups 2 times a week. How should I program my pushing movements in order to achieve Wall Handstand Pushup My previous Pr: Weighted dip = 40kg x 10 reps Pike Pushup with 15kg vest = 4-5 reps for 4 sets Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

Good choice to focus on Pike pushups, it's a banger for HSPU, HS, and prepare Planche Try to do between 6-10 reps at 80/90% RPE

4-5 reps is not enough according to me
Tips for flexibility in handstand
Hi guys, I’m a beginner on Calisthenics, I hit the gym every day and I try to do calisthenics on weekends (for now trying push ups and handstand). I have seen progress in terms of strength, but I’m missing flexibility. I’ve been adding flexibility sessions after workouts, but for some reason I’m not seeing progress, it is like I do a really good session but next day I’m in the same starting point as yesterday. I wonder if you incorporate flexibility sessions and if so, what would be the recommended intensity, thanks!! 😊

You also have to master lean planche, it's perfect because you can start from zero (hold pushup start position) and try to lean more and more every day. Start with the wall at your feet and lean (put a mark in the floor where you have your hands, and every day you have to put the mark more close to the wall, step by step)

And the last one is the opening of your shoulder, to hold the handstand you have to be aligned hand, shoulders, head, feet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67kp-GIxkRw an exemple but you have a lot in youtube
Sickness and Training. The never ending battle
Where do you cut the line between “I’m too sick and should rest” or “A smooth workout will help” ?
