Pull ups
How can i increase my pull ups repetitions every time i train pull my pull ups increase explosively but not by repetition ive been stuck on 13-15 pull ups for a long time?

Tuck planche
Does anyone know what may be the reason for me not being able to hold a tuck planche i struggle to keep my arms straight and my sholders feel like they’re gonna pop even tho i have very decent sholder strenght i can do 1-2 free handstand pushups

+ i do lots of weighted dips i usually put 30 kg for 10-12 reps
