I think my problem with calisthenics is not having a good plan of workout for each session in order to see progress, like I just do it because I enjoy it but I don’t have a routine
Tips for flexibility in handstand
Hi guys, I’m a beginner on Calisthenics, I hit the gym every day and I try to do calisthenics on weekends (for now trying push ups and handstand). I have seen progress in terms of strength, but I’m missing flexibility. I’ve been adding flexibility sessions after workouts, but for some reason I’m not seeing progress, it is like I do a really good session but next day I’m in the same starting point as yesterday. I wonder if you incorporate flexibility sessions and if so, what would be the recommended intensity, thanks!! 😊

@Viktor Valouch That’s true, I was talking about the split for instance, I haven’t incorporated mobility routines for shoulders, but that may be helpful for holding the handstand without the help of the wall, so I will definitely do it, thanks!
