IN PERSON FLIP SYSTEMS CLASS

@Shawn Cook Yeah I get that. It’s not usually the lack of information, it’s the gap between knowing and actually having something structured enough to act on without second guessing every step. That fear tends to creep in more when there’s no clear process to lean on. A lot of people run into that same wall after jumping between mentorships and courses, because you get the vision but not always the day to day execution that builds confidence. Once there’s even a simple system in place, the hesitation usually drops because you’re not guessing anymore. When you think about it, is it more the missing structure that’s holding you back right now, or the uncertainty around what actually works consistently?
Small wins that compound
Sometimes it’s not the 6-figure flips that teach you the most. Even just picking up one small deal a month can change your approach, boost your confidence, and improve your systems in ways you don’t notice until later. I recently had a tiny win that made me rethink my follow-up strategy, and it already seems to be paying off. What about you? What’s the smallest win you’ve celebrated recently, and what did you learn from it?”

@Jessica Ville That’s a strong shift. Moving into self-funding changes the whole dynamic because you’re no longer waiting on anyone to move, you control the pace. That compounding effect you’re describing is exactly what most people overlook when they’re chasing bigger deals too early. What stands out is how you’re recycling those smaller wins back into the next move. That’s where it starts becoming a system instead of random results. The £30k milestone from something you’re running quietly on the side also says a lot about consistency over noise. When you started leaning into that approach, did it change how you decide which opportunities are worth your time now, or how you structure things behind the scenes?

@Realtor Manager That’s a sharp observation. Speed on follow-up sounds simple, but it quietly changes everything, momentum, trust, even how people respond to you. Most opportunities don’t disappear, they just get picked up by whoever moves first. What you said about consistency over big effort hits as well. Big bursts feel productive, but they’re hard to sustain. Tight habits like that compound without you noticing, and suddenly the conversion rate looks completely different. When you tightened that up, did you notice it affecting just response rates, or did it also change the quality of conversations you’re having?
Why my perfect deal strategy was holding me back
I used to turn down every property that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Perfect location, perfect condition, perfect price, I thought that’s how success worked. Then I started testing slightly imperfect deals, and the ones I least expected ended up closing first. It hit me that waiting for perfection was slowing me down more than the market or the competition ever could. Those imperfect deals taught me more about negotiation, flexibility, and resilience than any ideal property ever could. Has anyone else had a deal they were hesitant about at first, only to have it turn out better than expected? How did it change the way you evaluate opportunities now?

@Jonas Beit That’s real. It’s interesting how those flawed deals end up sharpening your thinking way more than the easy ones. Feels like they force you to actually become better instead of just relying on a clean setup. I had a similar shift where I stopped looking at just the deal itself and started thinking more about how repeatable the process behind it is. Some of those imperfect ones revealed gaps I didn’t even know were there until I went through them. When you went through that, did it change how you approach your next opportunities, or even how you think about scaling what you’re doing now?
The deal that almost slipped through my fingers
Just had a property I thought I could close in a week… and it dragged on for three months. At first, it was frustrating, but honestly, I learned more in that waiting period than from all the books I’ve read on flipping. From following up with the seller to juggling financing, every small step felt like a mini lesson. Has anyone else had a deal that just wouldn’t move no matter what you did? How did you push through it or stay sane while waiting”

@Jonas Beit Ohh yeah, that's true Well, how long have you been into the real estate business?
Stop Working Hard — Build a System That Pays You Even When You Sleep
Wealth isn’t just about working harder it’s about building a system that works for you. Many people are running businesses but not seeing results. Others haven’t started yet. And some already have systems in place, but the income isn’t matching the effort or investment. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. The truth is: making things happen is more important than waiting for perfect conditions. Progress comes from action, learning, adjusting, and staying consistent. If you: • Have a business but aren’t seeing results • Don’t have a system generating income yet • Have something running but it’s not performing well • Feel like you’re spending more than you’re earning Then it’s time to rethink your approach and build a smarter system. I’m looking to connect with people who are serious about growth, people willing to share ideas, learn, and implement strategies that actually work. . If you don’t yet have a business that generates income, I can guide you .If you already have one but it’s not performing the way you want, I can help you improve it .If you’re motivated and ready to take action, let’s connect and build something meaningful together. Your future income depends on the systems you build today.
