[Movie] Crazy Stupid Love
I got tired of YouTube Shorts endlessly recycling that scene where Ryan Gosling reacts to Steve Carell opening his wallet. I finally sat down to watch the movie with its all-star cast. I'm glad I did. I initially dismissed it as a 40-Year-Old Virgin wannabe, which kept me from watching it for far too long. But honestly, it grabs you right from the start, flirts with a few rom-com clichés, yet manages to keep its heart throughout. It's one of those light movies. After joining this community, I HAD to watch it. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's about a man going through a divorce who forgot how to be his best self. We follow him on his journey of rediscovery (guided by better fashion, fragrance, a sharp haircut, and learning how to actually connect with women). It's a reminder that it's never too late to level up. And yes, that wallet scene had me in stitches. Velcro wallets and high school—sent me back years. Fortunately, I know better now!
