That realization completely changed the way I started looking at real estate. Before learning about commercial deals, most people (including me) think the only path is stacking single-family rentals one by one. But once you start understanding how commercial properties work, things like longer leases, business tenants, and value based on income, it opens up a whole different perspective. That’s one of the reasons I appreciate being in communities like Commercial Real Estate 101.
