On TV - The Three Body Problem
Where have you seen references to the I Ching on TV? There was a beautiful scene in the second season The Three Body Problem in Netflix. Saw it too?

䷄ #5: Waiting (xū)
Hexagram 5 often shows up when we feel ready, motivated, and willing to move and yet... life doesn’t quite follow our timing. That can bring a little restlessness or worry, especially when we’ve already done so much inner or outer preparation. This hexagram reminds me of a boat - that is ready, clean, the crew is on board, everything is in place, but truth is it cannot really go anywhere until the wind blows. So the feelings that envelop me with this one are around the invitation to relax into the pause, to nourish ourselves, and to trust that movement will come when conditions align. How does that resonate for you this week? ⛵

Hexagram 4 is now available in the Classroom, and working on it brought back a moment that made me smile. 😊 Recently, a friend I admire a lot - who has just started learning how to teach yoga - consulted the I Ching for the first time with me. He was a little hesitant, doubtful, and very curious. When Hexagram 4 came up to describe where he stands, we both laughed, because it fit his situation so well. He’s at the beginning of a new path, learning to be a teacher, guided by someone very wise, calm, and slow, while he himself feels more impatient, eager to understand faster, and wondering what direction this teaching will eventually take him. Sounds just like the spring, at the bottom of the mountain doesn't it? For me, this hexagram is a beautiful reminder of modesty and humility, and of the fact that we are always, in one way or another, beginners. No matter how much we know, learning never really ends.. it just deepens. You’ll find the full Hexagram 4 lesson now in the Classroom → Hexagram of the Week. I’m curious to hear where this hexagram meets you right now 🌱

I'm currently listening to my boss in telephone conference with my colleague that just started his branch of the law group. I'm next. So I'm listening passively and recognizing the importance of having a mentor. Adaptation is also key. I've changed my work hours to maximize productivity, navigate my responsibilities, sleep, and attentively attend virtual law classes. Is there a hexagram for breaking free from screens? Hahaha
Hex. 3 vibes: 🌱 Where are you right now?
Would you say you’re currently…

The level of executive dysfunction, perfectionism and procrastination is in itself overwhelming. Have only finished 1/3 of what needs to be finished and the deadline was last month. Also, learning that not beating myself up about things applies to everything- no matter what.
Let's play a game :)
What if you could polish your knowledge of the hexagrams through an interactive game (said everyone's inner child)? Happy 2026, your wish came true: TRY THE GAME Please try it, and write down your feedback in the comments to make it even better! Can't wait to hear from you ☺️ Marine

I like it! I decided to pair the challenge with the gnostic i Ching. Here is the link: https://jamesdekorne.com/GBCh/GBCh.htm
