It was very frustrating, because I have gotten a VIP ticket with RealSuccess and I have NOT Received it! and I contacted both customer support, WITH NO FEEDBACK (your support email address was rejecting my email as SPAM, and REALSUCCESS finally responded to the ticket after more than 48 hours, saying that they let your team know about my ticket) AND NO RESOLUTION! I have not been able to participate at all, so why did I even bother?! @Russell Brunson I like your systems and I appreciate learning with you very much, but your JV with RealSuccess completely sucked! Why do you not set up some automations so that this does not need any human in the loop, and you would have saved me (and others, I saw other people's messages about this) so much aggravation! And if for some reason you don't have the manpower, I am totally qualified and l would be happy to help. You have my data in your CRM.

@Tommie Zabrowski hi Tommie, thank you for answering- immediately after posting the above a Moderator from Russell’s team posted privately to me the same advice. The address he mentioned was support@primemover.com- I followed up immediately and my email was declared “Not delivered” - “rejected as SPAM”! I have sent this response back to the moderator- radio silence. Then I looked around some more through the messages here and I saw the Challenge portal address, I tried to login with my email that I bought with, and the email was “unknown”. I followed up with this too to the moderator, and with the proposal to get me on board into Russell’s team because they obviously have automation / affiliate integration problems (to say the least) (which I can solve) - still no follow up from Real Success, or Moderator. Apparently this is a great position to be - a lot of clients but … fulfillment is less than perfect even if this is pretty much an ongoing event so all these kinks should have been already ironed out in the age of AI and automation. I know they can do better, and I can help.

@Tommie Zabrowski yes, thank you so much, Tommie, for trying to help! - that was what I had also found “around here” in other messages, and I just tried again- the response is “No user found with that email address or password”. So like I said- it’s a matter of missing automated affiliate integration setup. Which they didn’t set up or they did but it’s not working properly. And which I can fix…, or put in place. But apparently nobody is listening. VERY frustrating!
