New animation video finished.
This was a real challenge to do it.It was all easy, until I not faced the dwarfs. I think 2 days I played to avoid the protection of Seedance. Hard work :-) Offer a like on Youtube if you like the result :-)

Good job indeed 👍! I like the shots & master frames , my opinion is you need to work a little bit more your cuts between some scenes & sfx.
What do you think of this? New channel with 2.0M views
@Rina Waithera share this short with me. From some quick research with Gemini, apparently they are most likely using AI since they are producing videos Weekly (too fast if they where doing everything manually). Their channel has only - 6 videos And they already have: - 11.2K Subscribers - 2.0 Million total views - The first video was posted on February 2026 I found it super interesting and also very inspiring. Any guesses of why they are most likely getting such traction? Why this channel is getting so many views and why is the YouTube algorithm sharing it like crazy? ---------- (The answers are in the book YouTube Formula by Derral Eves, and I am happy to provide answers here)

Agree with Nancy & Michel , also this channel exploded the last 30 days , and they had more videos (17vids couple days ago) , so i bet it a combination of good quallity video (script, hook, shots) + social engagement . Still amazing work & output.
A mix of tools - Cartoon Animator, AI, Photoshop, Logic Pro, etc.
Sorry to miss yesterday's class/discussion. Friday afternoons are always crunch time for me, I'm always finishing up my next video. But I did want to share my latest. The animation isn't done with AI (I am still proudly using Cartoon Animator!), and the characters were designed and rigged by artists, but I did use AI to create most of the backgrounds/scenes in this one. (A few backgrounds from real artist - the side view of the dock, for example.) That saves me a lot of time and I'm happy with the results. I will continue to refine the look of the camp settings. I also experimented with some AI voice generation. The main characters (Dewey, Zack, Maya, Bob, the Moose, and one of the girl campers) are performed by my daughter and me, but I used typecast(dot)ai to create the voices for the rest of the young campers in the first story. I have mixed feelings about the results, let me know what you think. https://youtu.be/jyxR5aDvj0g?si=NcJEVtmtmsJnIzOl

I really liked the overall result — great story flow and storyboard, and the animation is fantastic.I did notice a bit of style mismatch in some scenes, but honestly that’s exactly one of the reasons I personally moved away from Cartoon Animator and leaned more into AI workflows. Big congrats! The camper voices don’t feel AI at all — the mix is really well done, especially with the ambient SFX. Awesome work overall. By the way if i may ask, how many years have you been working with Cartoon Animator?
Pushing my limits with AI.
So, I thought I'd push my own limits a little with AI, using Chatgpt, Gemini, and Grok, to create a "50-scene" animation. Quoting Disney, "It all started with a little mouse!" Below, is how I generated all this, if it's of any interest to anyone. This was the description posted into Chat GPT: Generate a complete creative package for a 50-scene 2D Animated Cartoon Film (Style: High-quality 2D Cartoon Render). Story Concept: "The Mouse and the Moon" — A mouse steals items from round the garage to build a rocket ship. There is a cat prowling round the garage trying to stop him getting pieces for his rocket, but eventually helps him. The mouse blasts off to the moon, convinced the moon is made of cheese. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSISTENCY & SCALE: Define Characters Once: Use the Master Prompts below. CRITICAL CAMERA RULE: Do not generate wide landscape shots where characters are tiny. You must prioritize Medium Shots (waist up) and Close-ups (face focus) so the characters are large, detailed, and fill the frame. Step 1: Master Character Prompt.s Write two highly detailed Text-to-Image prompts to establish the look: [THE MOUSE]: (Write a detailed visual prompt for a young mouse in a 2D cartoon style. He has a cute, expressive face, and wears a green utility vest, shorts, and sneakers. He looks determined). [THE CAT]: (Write a detailed visual prompt for a cute, fluffy cat in a 2D cartoon style . He has big expressive eyes, ginger fur, and wears a blue t-shirt, grey joggers, and running shoes. He looks angry). Step 2: Scene Breakdown Generate the 50-scene script. For each scene, provide these two outputs: IMPORTANT: For every scene, specify "Medium Shot" or "Close-up" to keep characters large. (Text-to-Image Prompt): Describe the visual action. Start the prompt with "Medium Shot of..." or "Close up of..." ensuring THE MOUSE and THE CAT are large and clearly visible in the foreground. (Image-to-Video Prompt): Describe the movement and facial expressions. You must also include the character dialogue here.

Hey John! Nice work indeed ! AI transitions would be cool but its kinda hard to make them look cool, i think its kinda lottery ticket xD, instead you can change shot types to add some extra emotion and ease the transition scene, like over shoulder shots , low - high angle etc. there is an AWESOME cinematography for 2d animation on the classroom , it HELPED me a lot with the reference shots. Keep up the good work :)
