🚀 Seeking Partner/Developer - & Computer Vision Project
Hi everyone! I'm currently working on an innovative project for the French market and I'm looking for a developer to assist me with the technical aspects, particularly spatial mapping and image analysis. This is a concrete use case that combines Artificial Intelligence and geospatial data, with strong development potential. If you're passionate about spatial viewing and want to take on a stimulating technical challenge, let's talk!

@Hicham Char It's a challenge, but the ROI for an agency is enormous. If my tool helps them land one more contract per month, the subscription pays for itself tenfold. It's this potential for profit that will drive adoption, even if the underlying technology is complex.
I wish someone told me this before I burned out...
Working harder isn’t the same as moving forward. I spent a long time pushing, thinking effort alone would fix everything, when what I really needed was clarity and a system that didn’t rely on constant hustle. Burnout didn’t come from lack of discipline, it came from doing too much without direction. If you’re feeling tired but still stuck, it’s probably not you. It’s what you’re building and how it’s set up. What’s been draining you the most lately?

Exactly the same, the feeling of wasting time on tasks that will bring nothing.
Anyone a startup founder looking for accountability?
I'm currently on day 176 of building my start up and documenting my journey daily on video, and when I started my journey I decided to commit to 30 days of working towards a goal that a buddy of mine and me held each other accountable to our own goals. I also decided to video journal daily for those 30 days, and after it was done I kept video journaling and kept going, and kept track of the day number I was on. As I kept going, there were many days where I didn't feel like doing anything and also giving up, however because I knew what day number I was on and also that I kept video journaling, I kept going and it turned into me building a tool to help other founders keep showing up daily and keep going. Since November 30th, I've been building a tool to help other purpose driven founders building something to solve real problems in this world to keep building, keep showing up and document their journey along the way. I'm currently looking for 10 founders who are serious about building something that solves a real problem in this world and want accountability to show up daily and document their journey along the way. If that's you let me know below and would love to connect!

The Biggest Misconception About Automation
The biggest misconception about automation is that it’s mainly about speed. In reality, automation is first about clarity. If a process is unclear, automating it only makes the confusion happen faster. Many people expect automation to fix messy workflows, poor decisions, or lack of structure. But automation simply exposes what’s already there — good or bad. The real value comes when automation is used to reinforce a well-understood system: clear triggers, intentional decisions, and outcomes that actually matter. Speed becomes a side effect, not the goal. Once that clicks, automation stops feeling magical and starts feeling reliable. Curious — what was the biggest misconception you had about automation when you first started?

In the second photo, the person behind the couple near the black car could be considered to have exhibited strange behavior by being in that situation at that precise moment. I would say more first photo.
