I wish someone told me this before I burned out...
Working harder isn’t the same as moving forward. I spent a long time pushing, thinking effort alone would fix everything, when what I really needed was clarity and a system that didn’t rely on constant hustle. Burnout didn’t come from lack of discipline, it came from doing too much without direction. If you’re feeling tired but still stuck, it’s probably not you. It’s what you’re building and how it’s set up. What’s been draining you the most lately?
Prompt Engineers - Looking for honest insight
Hi everyone, I’ve recently started learning prompt engineering with the aim of freelancing. Before going deep, I want to set realistic expectations by learning from someone who has actually used this skill in real-world work. I’m looking for honest insight on early learning progress, common beginner misconceptions, and which skills matter beyond just writing prompts. I’m not seeking motivation or shortcuts—only real experience to avoid misjudging the complexity and time involved. If you’ve applied prompt engineering in freelancing, client work, or products and are open to a short private conversation, I’d appreciate connecting. Thank you

@Mohd Madni I’m always open to exchanging ideas or exploring areas where our interests may align. Since I’m not always very active on Skool, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly via email at melanierwall1004@gmail.com for a more consistent conversation. I’d be glad to share more insights at your convenience no pressure at all, just an open invitation to connect.

@Mohd Madni Yeah, I would be expecting...
My definition of success changed, once I stopped chasing and started building systems.
Success used to mean pushing harder and doing more. But over time, I realized something: What I needed wasn’t more effort, it was a system I could actually sustain. So I started building one. Slowly. Intentionally. A way of working and growing that didn’t rely on motivation or burnout cycles. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: -How I make decisions -How I manage energy (not just time) -How I stay consistent without forcing it -How I grow while staying aligned And the biggest shift? Success now feels stable, not stressful. It compounds instead of draining me. I’m happy to break down exactly how this system works and what made it sustainable over time. If you’d like me to share it: 👉 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌” 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 or tell me what part of growth you want to make more sustainable. Let’s build growth that actually lasts.

Leadership
@Nate Herk I want to thank you for the leadership we feel. I am going to be more because of what you share. I am not a subscription paying member, but, I will be. Only because you gave me the basics so I could launch. I've launched and am will see revenue I experienced before my stroke six years ago. I learned most of my AI here and on YouTube! Your influence and education along with a generous serving of insight has made it possible for me to reactive my client network to provide high level automation infrastructure. Thanks to all of you that give of self with no expectation...I commit to paying it forward.

This is truly a Proof that giving real value first creates real impact. Wishing you continued recovery and success as you build and pay it forward
How the Creator of Claude Code Actually Uses It
"Just automate it" they said. So he automated the automation. Then automated that too. Boris Cherny just revealed his complete Claude Code workflow, and it's nothing like how most developers use it. The gap between treating AI as a chatbot versus building systems around it is massive. The real shift is moving from asking AI to actually building systems around it. Once you see that gap, you can’t unseen it. This hits hard @Karthik R
