Does the Blueprint have a time limit?
Hello, Just when I thought ADHD Harmony couldn't get any better, Jim - you give us the Blueprint; thank you - so much; for all your fantastic work. Thanks. Is the time we have access to the Blueprint limited? Hopefully not - but...I suspect it might be, sadly. If so, when do we lose the opportunity to enjoy the Blueprint, please? Garry
Sage says I've not wanted to "betray myself!"
I'm a little way back, with my ADHD Awakening Assessment, and this is what Sage is saying: 'The jobs I left weren't failures of stamina, they were collisions with my value system. Turns out my "can't stick at things" story was actually "won't betray myself."' I'm curious what the next sections will show me. Wow.
All or nothing
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realised something wild: my brain doesn't do "partly engaged." It's deep immersion or nothing - at school, at work, at church, even at discos as a kid. Every productivity system I've tried failed because it was built for a middle gear I literally don't have.

Helen and Pia - I feel exactly like that. Over the past few years, I've been saying to myself that 'balance' is what I want, as I don't think too much or too little of something, generally, is good for us - BUT, when I do something I have tried, and still do, try to go all-in, and do it properly, and to the best of my ability. That is an extreme. 'AI Harmony' might say that I'm being hard on me, to expect so much...I'll maybe ask it later (haha). I have heard over the past few years that, for some things, "good enough" is good: it's fine - so, I've been trying that, and it does help, I think - sometimes. For instance, getting A birthday card to a friend, is better than not sending any. Maybe not as good as designing one with great pictures from our many years of freindship, but "something is better than nothing." What do you think? I'd love your thoughts. Sorry to say so much.
I'm glad my search has led me here
Hiya, I'm Garry Green; Garry; one person calls me "G." Someone else puts about 25 'r's into my name (haha) - although I only have two of them, really. I'm from Manchester, in the UK, originally - but now live just south of London, near Guildford. My portfolio career (with many companies) has mainly been within media and entertainment. Since being made redundant by the main one (the BBC) a few years, I've been trying to find something that aligns with my values and my talents. The work is only occasional. sadly, but the main job I'm doing now, is a board games demonstrator. If you have any questions for me about anything, do, please, just ask. I love conversation, and good times with nice people - away from the computer and mobile phone screens, especially, I must admit. I'm glad I've found Jim, and ADHD Harmony. The AI experience was very interesting - but, so has everything Jim has said so far...although, I haven't done all his sessions yet (sorry). My search for purpose, and meaning, and work is the main thing I do - which I do enjoy, although, I also find it a bit frustrating. When I'm not doing that, I like playing board games, meeting people, writing, and reading (about philosophy, and how we human beings work - but, I do read other things, too (haha)). Here are some pictures - of me with Kermit, Plato, and my dad. Take care. Garry

Hi. I enjoy writing, playing board games, good chats, & nice, calm people. Media & entertainment was my life; now, I'm trying to find purpose again.
