Looking for 5 people. Honest work, no cost.
I've spent the last year building something I wish I'd had when I started. It's called the Clarity Compass Business Operating System — a 28-day course that takes a service business from running on instinct to running on a documented, repeatable system. Offer clarity. Pricing framework. Delivery maps. A weekly scorecard. A content engine. All of it built by the person doing the work, in their own business, document by document. I'm not officially launching it yet. Before I do, I want five people to run through the full thing and tell me honestly what works, what doesn't, and what changed for them. Here's what it involves. One session per day for 28 days. Each session is 20 minutes of active work and ends with something built — a document, a decision, a completed framework. By the end you'll have a complete real operating system for your business. Not notes. Not ideas. An actual system you can use the day after you finish. What I'm asking in return is simple. Do the work. Tell me what shifted. At the end, give me an honest account of where you started and where you landed. No cost. No catch. Just real feedback from real business owners to a successful businessman now retired. If you're running a service business — consulting, coaching, trades, creative work, anything where you're selling your expertise — and you feel like you're holding it together more through effort than structure, this was built for you. Drop a comment or send me a message if you want in. I'll take the first five who are genuinely ready to do the work.

@Des Dreckett I guess my history is a little different than most on Skool. Usually only a small portion of people are really committed to growing their future properly, the rest are usually hopeful or they believe they have enough wisdom to do it all on their own.
Don’t Write Your Book Until You Do This First 🔍📚
Most business owners jump straight into writing… And skip the one step that actually determines if their book will work for their business. It’s not just about writing something good, it’s about choosing a topic your audience is already searching for. Because the right book doesn’t just sit on Amazon… it builds your authority, positions you as the expert, and brings in leads. I never start a book without validating the idea first. When your topic has real demand, everything gets easier... your book gets found, it attracts the right people, and it becomes a natural entry point into your business. Inside my upcoming masterclass TONIGHT , I’m walking you through how to: ✔️ Find topics your ideal clients are actively searching for ✔️ Avoid oversaturated niches ✔️ Use simple keyword research to validate your idea before you write This is what separates books that just exist… from books that actually grow your business. If you want a book that elevates your expertise, builds authority, and generates leads, you’ll want to be there live. 📅 April 20th at 6:30 PM Central Time 🎁 Live giveaways for those who attend Comment “BOOK” if you’re in 👇

🦁 FOR SALE: A Wildlife Community I Accidentally Started
Slightly used. Mostly house‑trained. Occasionally sheds feathers. If you’ve ever wanted a place where people: - confidently identify birds from a blurry elbow - argue about ISO like it’s a moral issue - share wildlife sightings that make you question your life choices - and somehow stay weirdly kind through all of it… …I might know somewhere. It’s called The Wildlife Lens. Not selling it. Just… putting the idea out there. Like a spoor on a trail. Do with that what you will. Condition: Good. Still smells faintly of bushveld and misplaced enthusiasm. Price: Free. Unless you count the emotional commitment to animals you’ll never meet. If curiosity bites, follow the tracks. If not, pretend you never saw this. https://www.skool.com/the-wildlife-lens-3119

After working on hundreds of online magazines over many, many years, i wondered: Could a group of first time amateurs put together a decent magazine with a little bit of help? after all technology has come a long way and people are used to putting content online these days. I also wondered if it could all be done purely on this platform i was on called "Skool" (you may have heard of it :-) The answer? Yes, and it is great. Each month, 20 total noobs are forced to work together over 4 weeks to (1) plan, (2) write, (3) design and (4) promote a magazine with little to no experience and only about 10min training each week. It just goes to show that we can all do amazing things through team work, enthusiasim and a little bit of guidance. My curiosity has been answered and now i am looking for ways to pay it forward and help each group learn to make their own magazines as well.

I echo Sean. For me creativity is not an issue and I have a lot of ideas. My problem is to know what to do with my creations, I have written stories, created and photographed some really good images, I have a lot of sales and consultancy skills, but I don't know what to do with it. My hope is Skool Magazine can help me find focus for my wildlife passion.
