Stop Guessing About What To Do With Your Community and Start Getting Advice That's Custom To YOU.
I'd like to talk about something I see happening over and over again in the Skool space right now. People are struggling with engagement and monetization in their communities. Members are not showing up, people are not converting, and the needle is not moving. They do what they have been taught to do and run a 7-day challenge, try the strategies that worked for someone else, and hope that something sticks. Those are not bad strategies, and a 7-day challenge can be incredibly powerful. The problem is that when the foundation underneath your community has not been built with intention and strategy, even the best tactics in the world are not going to give you the results you are looking for. What actually moves the needle is starting with the basics. Building your foundation on purpose and getting crystal clear on your strategy means that when you do layer in the challenges and the community activities, they are working with a solid structure instead of trying to compensate for the lack of one. Focusing on the metrics that actually matter is what allows you to build something with real staying power. That is exactly what the new Standard tier of the Build Lab is built around. Getting you started the right way, with the right foundation, so that everything you do from there actually works. Friday, the doors open and I would love to see you inside. 👀

@Avinash Khatri yes. They are a resource to you if you take the time to meaningfully engage.
#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

I want to be transparent about something...
I am now paying for two Chrome extensions. In the past, I have recommended Skooly (and I still do! See my referral link here). There are a million and one different things that you can do with Skooly to help you run your community and the post scheduler has made my life amazingly more simple. @Joe DeFilippo is also an amazing guy with the most incredible customer support. However, I am not someone who is at the stage in my business (or my tech abilities) where I need everything that is on offer. What I did need was something with an at-hand interface that was easy to navigate as well as a CRM that I would actually use - because a tool is only as good as the person who uses it. And this is what I found in Panda (which I also highly recommend). @Claudio Campobassi has gone to incredible lengths to ensure that this program respects your data privacy and also supports your productivity. So, am I flipping? No. But I am recognizing that there are different things that I need to meet my different needs. What will meet your needs will be different from what meets my needs, but I strongly support both of these programs and encourage you to check them out and determine which one is the best for you. 😊 Much love to everyone!

Loving the automation on Skooly. I think what is true of all tools is once you start to use them to the fullest, then they really begin to make your life easier.
