Hey everyone, I am new here and excited to be in a community that helping me to understand youtube so I can start being a creator not just a consumer of youtube content.

Hey everyone, I'm new in this community and I'm excited to be in this great community. would love to connect with fellow creators here !

One of the things I’m thinking about doing for my channel is educational for folks navigating Social Security, Medicare, and other topics related to prep for retirement. I chose it because I spent several years researching for myself so I have good knowledge. The other reason is after being on some Facebook Groups related to the topics, I saw a lot of people who had no clue and a lot of others giving out misinformation. I’ve also helped some family members. I just feel drawn to this and have several thoughts in my head already for the postings. But, there’s always a but … my biggest mental barrier is I don’t like being on camera or videos. I’m much more comfortable behind the scenes. To deal with that I’m think about doing the doodle/cartoon whiteboard type videos. I like doing stuff like that and learning how to use computer programs so that part is in my wheel house, and it would probably make it easier. I also found a program/app to use. While they won’t really have that personal feel or connection, the topics seem to lend themselves to that type of media. So looking for some feed back. Do you think this would be of interest to viewers and what do you think of the doodle type videos?
