Went from being numb for years and having ups and downs in my business because of it to actually being able to connect with those unsolved problems in me. Cried during the whole thing. For no reason. No sadness. Just cried. Understood that I had to thank the person I was and I hated in the past to help me become who I am instead of fleeing him. Feel like I can look myself in a mirror and actually grow to the person I want to become now, because I was finally able to deal with this. Thanks man. Is there any way we can do this on our own? Would you recommend once or twice a day? Or another frequency?
