Quick update for the month of May.
Good afternoon. Hope everyone’s having a great weekend so far. I’ve had a lot of you reach out asking if we could move the calls earlier in the day. I know we’ve got people in different time zones, but the reason behind this change is simple. Jason wants you to be able to be present with your family and the people you care about when the day is done. So here’s what we’re going to do for May. Monday calls will be at 1:30 PM Arizona time. Wednesday calls will be at 1:30 PM Arizona time. This will start this week. This is intentional. We’re going to get our growth in during the day so when you go home, you’re not distracted. You’re fully there. Block these times. Plan your day around them. Treat them like non negotiables. We’ll run this for the full month of May, then evaluate as a group and adjust if needed. Let’s execute.

DAY 3 - THE BODY IS NOT SEPARATE
You have looked at the standard you hold for yourself. You have looked at the man you are in your business. Today we are going after the body, and I want to be clear about something before you start. This is not about aesthetics. This is not about having a six pack or hitting a number on a scale. This is about what your body says about how you operate. The way a man takes care of his physical self is a direct reflection of the standard he holds in every other area. If you are cutting corners in the gym, eating whatever is convenient, not sleeping, not recovering, that same energy is showing up in your business and in your relationships whether you see it or not. The body is not separate from the work. It is part of the work. Today’s challenge is simple. I want you to do something physical that is harder than what you did yesterday. Not necessarily longer. Harder. Push past the point where your mind told you to stop and then keep going for two more minutes. After you finish, write down one thing your body is telling you that you have been ignoring. Post it below. Day 3 belongs to the men who show up even when they do not feel like it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’ve already done this. Today my 5 am was upper body and I went heavy and pushed more than last week. I’m going harder than ever. I’m at 10 straight days at the gym, and 28 of the last 29 days overall. This was after a double hernia surgery last month.

Monday. April 14.
This is not a normal week. Tuesday we are on the webinar together. Wednesday we are on the call. Thursday through Sunday people from all over join us for the in person event including my Brotherhood gathers in person. That means this week has weight. It has meaning. And it demands that you show up differently than you did last Monday. Most men drift into their weeks. They react. They respond. They survive the calendar instead of owning it. Not here. The Standard is not something you reach once. It is something you choose every single morning. Today is that choice. Before this week runs you, you are going to run it. I am not going to get caught up scrolling. I am doing more social selling with my business, and creating content so I do have to work in the social media platforms a lot, but that does not mean I need to get caught up wasting time. I am putting time on my calendar right now that is specific and intentional, and that will be certain time of day to check for inbound DM's / Leads / or CTA replies. So I will use social media for business not doom scrolling.
