Does it matter if someone has more than 10k followers and you try to add them to your list?🤔

I am based in Frankfurt, Germany. It seems abit daunting creating a list of 2-4k attractive women in this 1 city alone. In my case, do I truly have to find that many in this area, or can I do all of Germany? Also, do they have to be my type or just attractive to the mass populas all together? Because if it was just my "type", finding 2k+ attractive gym girls in Frankfurt alone on Instagram seems impossible. Maybe I am wrong.
