Video: Feeling the Imagine Strength Torso arm
Decent effort. Felt smooth. Have to play around until I find the right angles for my body

In my opinion, we use different grips depending on where we want to prioritize the stimulus. The close grip (like in the video) is for supinated grips to engage the biceps more and, above all, to include core and abdominal work. The wide, pronated grip is for opening the shoulders and seeking greater stimulation of the back and posterior scapulae. And finally, we use the straight or neutral grip as the most common, aiming for a general balance of work, where the back is well-worked but the grip isn't too wide for the user's comfort.

Hello, I'm Fran Marín, a physiotherapist trained in the HIT methodology in Spain through the Resistance Institute (HIST Fundamentals), and I'm interested in joining this community. I own an exercise center/clinic where we've been working with this methodology for nine years. A year and a half ago, we opened the new myoCLINIC center, where seven physiotherapists and trainers now work daily with our patients. I'm delighted to be here and learn.
