KDP Suspension for Review Manipulation, Timeline and Outcome
A few days ago, my KDP account was suspended for alleged review manipulation. Since I spent a lot of time searching for similar experiences while going through it, I thought I'd share what happened and how the situation was eventually resolved. On June 13, I received an email from Amazon stating that my KDP account had been suspended because they had detected attempts to manipulate customer reviews. The email asked for detailed information about any methods used to obtain reviews, third parties involved, customer accounts, documentation, and corrective actions. At that point, Amazon did not mention any specific book. The suspension was account-wide. Naturally, I panicked. Like many people would, I started looking for answers everywhere. I analyzed sales patterns, review history, previous account alerts, and every possible explanation I could think of. The more I searched, the more confused I became. During this process, @Adriano Ferrigno helped me in every step of the way. He reviewed the case, analyzed Amazon's responses, and drafted each appeal that was submitted. I provided the underlying information and documentation, while he helped organize everything into clear responses and guided me through the process as the case evolved. I submitted my first appeal along with supporting screenshots and explanations of the promotional methods I had used. A couple of days later, Amazon replied. They still did not provide much detail, but they finally identified a specific ASIN that was under review. I then sent additional information related to that title, including documentation and a more detailed explanation of the promotional activities connected to it. Amazon responded again with what was essentially the same request for information. At that point, I provided an even more structured response, answered every question as clearly as possible, attached supporting documents again, and explained the steps I would take going forward. On June 21, Amazon reinstated my KDP account.

Glad all sorted in your favor, have you suffered a lot of sale loss in the process?
Question
Yaffa Turgeman just now • ❓Questions Question for the experts! I am wondering if anyone else in the group asked the same question! I have a campaign that didn’t do well in the beginning so I kept raising the bid to get more impressions, I finally got 3 sales from this campaign but the ACOS is 180%. All sales came from one single keyword. Would you pause the campaign all together and create a new one with that good keyword or would you pause all other keywords and keep this campaign running with the winning keyword considering that you don’t want to loose 38.000 impressions?

You should not wait so long to take action, an Acos that high is not the one you want … wondering y?
Track BSRs and Reviews of Your Book
✨ Reading Time: < 1m | Utility: High Answering questions about the tools I use for niche research, I realized that 90% of the time I use BookBeam is for the Book Tracker function to track BSRs and reviews of my books. BookBeam is a pretty expensive tool, and I started to question myself: Is it really necessary to pay for the subscription just to have the tracker? Of course, Publisher Champ has all the data, and I can look at BSR and reviews there, but Publisher Champ is so informationally dense that I still prefer to use the clean interface of BookBeam. It looks like a hard decision to make. Since I do not like to burden myself with unnecessary, hard decisions, I decided to choose the third option: create a Catalog Tracker for myself. Decision made → done. Now I have the Catalog Tracker. It is lightweight, clean, and highly functional. And if I did it and I like it, why not share it with others, right? So, you can try it right now. Comment "TRACK" below, and I'll message you the link to try it out for free. You can track up to 50 books. But the most important thing is that if you have a catalog of tens or hundreds of books, you do not need to make a decision which books are worthy of tracking - start from the Royalty Guild Sales Analyzer and add your most performing books to the Catalog Tracker automatically. If you are using your BookBeam subscription the same way I am, and the tracker helps you save on it, that would be great. P.S. If you do use it, let me know: What’s one feature you wish BookBeam had that could be added to this?

Great idea. I have built mine directly alongside my worksheet manager to eliminate the need for switching between tools, keeping the full sneak peek right in front of me. Additionally, I set up email alerts for when thresholds are met, along with a weekly summary featuring an AI-generated report. Because it's hosted on Google Drive, it's mobile-friendly, portable, and entirely independent of external hosting. Thanks for sharing
Payoneer for saving conversion cost
For any non USA citizen, when we get our royalties, we pay conversion charges on the amount and when we spend in Amazon ads, we again pay conversion charges, and in both the cases, some bank forex charges are also applied. So I was looking for a solution where I can keep my royalties in local account and pay via this one for ads, this way I can avoid double conversion charges. While searching about it online, I found out about Payoneer, according to AI mode of Google search, this saves 7-9% or transaction costs. So I am curious to know if anyone uses Payoneer or any similar service.

Free BSR tool for amazon.fr ?
I wanted to do some niche research on the amazon.fr and realised that none of the usual BSR tools I have (Kip Scout, DS Amazon quick view, Titans Quick view) are working on amazon.fr or .it .... Would you know some that work (do mention it even if it's not free so that we can have a list here for people interested in this) thanks so much.
